Tres bon hôtel, moderne, propre, bon service. Petit défaut sur l’isolation de notre chambre (212) avec la chambre du dessus. Chambre petit (env. 10m2) mais très fonctionnelle. Salle d’eau très propre comme neuve. Cafés, thé, et 2 bouteille d'eau offertes. Frigo et coffre disponible dans la chambre.

Très bon hôtel situé dans un quartier agréable et proche des lignes de trams, chambre très silencieuses et confortables, seul bémol impossible de lire dans son lit avec cet éclairage parcimonieux... Excellents petits-déjeuners, une très bonne adresse !

Nous avons aime cet hotel car tres bien situe a Amsterdam . La décoration. Nous avons aime la chambre mais beaucoup moins l'emplacement situe au -1 à côté de la lingerie ascenseur et couloir très froid avec odeur peu agréable. Énormément de bruit le matin . Cette chambre a tout de même des fenêtres qui donne sur une cours . Si vous voyez que vous avez la chambre 20 ou 21 ne l'acceptait pas . Dans la description de l'hôtel il y a écrit qu'il parle français mais pendant notre séjour personne du personnels ne parlait français.

Hotel très bien situé, accessible a pied ou en Tram. Les chambres sont sobres mais parfaitement équipée et la literie au TOP. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et à l'écoute : nous a réservé un taxi pour notre retour à l’aéroport, aide pour les check in et out a faire sur une borne. Les petits déj sont excellents et variés. Un très bon rapport qualité prix.

Ambiance et décoration chaleureuses, c'est agréable de rentrer dans cet hôtel après de longues journées de visites. Sa localisation est un autre point fort. Nous avons parcouru le centre ville seulement à pied. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et a su répondre à nos demandes. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien ! Le plus improbable dans notre chambre est la plaque de verre opaque positionnée côté WC dans la salle de douche. Effectivement cela laisse passer la lumière mais pour éviter de voir sa moitié au petit coin, on s'installe dans le salon de l'hôtel ! Sinon le confort et le style de la chambre sont parfaits. Je recommande les yeux fermés the ED :-)

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Amsterdam. Très bon hotel : literie super, silencieux (notre chambre donnait sur la partie cours), propreté. Très bon et copieux petit déjeûner ! L'hotel est idéalement placé : la visite du centre d'Amsterdam peut se faire facilement à pied, ou pour les moins courageux il y a lignes de TRAM ou de bus à 2 min à pied.

We enjoyed our stay at the ED. It was clean, comfortable and a great location. Very walkable. When i booked I didn't know about King's day, so I wasn't able to leave the window open at night due to the noise. The ac wasn't turned on yet, so it would have been nice to have the window open. The breakfast was very good, with eggs and they even provided gluten free bread. Thank you.

The advertisement for each room was false and nothing like the actual room we stayed in. The staff was rude when I mentioned the air conditioning wasn’t working. They lied to me about prices for extra nights and how they couldn’t change it. The WiFi never worked.

Definitely not soundproof rooms. You can hear everyone. People upstairs walking and knocking on doors, people down the hall in other rooms having conversations, the people directly next to us having sexual relations, and the street noise made it pretty close to impossible to sleep. Cute room and interesting decor, but if you’re looking for a hotel to sleep at, look elsewhere. Close to lots.
