très bel établissement dans un grand parc et une immense piscine très propre. chambre bien mais un peu vieillissante : peinture, plinthes, ...buffet à volonté mais beaucoup de gachis. hôtel fréquenté par les anglais, allemands et russes : personne ne parle français.

Bon sejour, bel hotel, bel plage meme si on a plus pied au bout d'une dizaine de mètres. Les repas sont varies et bins seul bemol pas de pain dans les restaurants sur réservation ( on a testé le vinario et l'italien, ce dernier le menu est vraiment très voir trop gros).une des piscines est réservée au +16 ans ainsi que des transats sur la plage.

Très bel hôtel qui vaut bien ses 5*. La Nourriture est excellente, choix varié. Si il y avait juste une chose à dire c’est l’insonorisation dans les chambres. Nous entendons les voisins ainsi que l’aspirateur des femmes de chambres tôt le matin. A part sa tout était super !

Hôtel très accueillant, bien situé en bord de plage avec magnifique ponteau. Merci à Daria guest relations pour son magnifique acceuil. Jolie piscine extérieure. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres et très jolies, avec des lits très confortables. Le hammam sauna salle de musculation sont magnifique. Le restaurant est haut de gamme avec des produits de saison, digne d'un 5 étoiles. L'hôtel en forme de Concorde est spectaculaire. Les ascenseurs sont très rapides, vous n'attendez pas malgré le nombre important de touristes, ascenseurs hypersonique, paraît il ;) Rien à dire, c'est un très bel hôtel, très bien situé à 15 minutes de l'aéroport, où vous êtes très bien accueillis. Allez y les yeux fermés

arrivé le 28/4 nous n'avons pas reçu la chambre réservé.le lendemain grâce à l'appui de la guest relation Mme Nadije nous avons reçu la chambre réservé auprès de vos soins. cela nous a fait perdre un jour car nous ne pouvions pas défaire nos valises et qu'il a fallu attendre que la chambre prévue soit libéré. Enfin après cela le séjours de rêve restaurant bien achalandé , choix multiple , nombreux restaurant , bar enfin de quoi passer des vacances idylliques que nous recommandons .Signalons que la guest relation parle LE FRANCAIS impeccablement

Une semaine pour affaire suite à une semaine de vacances dans un autre hôtel de Lara (novembre 2014). Suite junior état vieillissant côté route (face à la mosquée réveil à l'appel à la prière tous les jours), chambre spacieuse mais vieillissante. Bel extérieur mais presque tout fermé à cette période de l'année. Buffet varié et de bonne qualité.

Expedia advertises for five star hotel is a three star hotel. Don’t get fooled by that . I was so disappointed the food is not what I expected you don’t have much selection and the dessert is just a small portion on the buffet and the restaurants that they have on the resort, you have to pay extra to make a Reservation for each Restaurant that was another disappointing .the staff push you a lot too. Do a five star review for them. I times a day. They were coming up to me and telling me can you do a five star review I will never go back here very bad experience the reviews you see online is not true . I will say the staff tries very hard so you can give them a five star and they are very nice. I will say that no the resort is terrible. i’ve been to different resort in Antalya and I had a wonderful time everything was included says on the website not like here and a lot of food and very clean.

Great experience all around! Stayed with the family for about a week and fell in love with this property and people who provided an amazing service for us to feel welcome. First, the hotel amenities are abundant; everything is clean and well kept. Food variety and quality are incredible; you will be eating 24/7. Really, breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, fruit stand, ice cream break, mid-day bbq, dinner and then a midnight snack. And drinks in between. The servers are helpful, nice and always looking for ways to make the guests feel at home. Entertainment is also well thought-out and you will find that there’s always something to do. From various games, beach volleyball to kids’ game nights, karaoke and nightly shows at the amphitheater. A group of “fun makers”, like the amazing Birsen, will get you to participate and have a great time throughout your stay. We couldn’t resist Turkish bath and massage (twice) during our stay. Highly Guest services has been greatly helpful in finding things to do not only in the hotel but also all around Antalya. Busra was incredibly informative about the activities and towns to visit. She set us up with the in-house car rental where Amina made the rental seamless. We rented the car from them on two separate occasions and drive all around the area which was also very much worth the trip to see the sightseeings, surrounding towns and everything they have to offer. Many other staff members, like Ayberk, have made this stay very special. Enjoy!

This was our second stay at the hotel. Absolutely amazing staff who go out of their way to ensure all requirements are met. We arrived early hours of the morning and the hotel was able to secure an early check in for us with no trouble. Food options are plentiful as well multiple bars including one that is 24 hours. Spa also is a highlight and would recommend. We will be back :)

All the staff I dealt with were very friendly, helpful and attentive. Unfortunately the building condition needs a lot of attention and refurbishment. During my two nights stay, I had a problem with AC, Safe and the room telephone. As the staff were very helpful they tried to fix these issues as soon as possible and attended to them all, but I would rather to stay without involving all these people. Guest relation, support staff were very helpful as well as they were following all these issues with me and also asked for my feedback so that they can take this with higher management. I do recall that Bushra was following that with me and asked me for all these issues and helped my in forwarding my comments . if it hadn't been for the good staff of this hotel my stay would have been really bad. Thank you again to all the staff who dealt with me including Bushra and I hope the management will work on their Building and furniture condition to get this hotel where it's truly belong, 5 star excellent hotel. thank you

We arrived late and missed dinner, but they organised some food for us.thee was also a plate of fruits in the room. Several restaurants to choose from.

We just spent 6 days and it was 6 days too short! We absolutely loved this place and have to comment on the quality of staff above all. The food choices were incredible and fresh. If you want deep fried garbage then go someplace else. We were very surprised at the quality of the table wines and the choices of spirits at the various lounges/bars. While the building itself may feel a little dated, it is in top shape and well maintained. As an example of service; a concierge came around in the beach asking for feedback and we mentioned we would like an extra blanket. 2 hours later when we went back into our room; the blanket was there. Our housekeeper ; Merel kept our room spotless and Serik, our regular evening waiter was incredibly friendly and engaging. I’ve also have never seen doormen hustle like this guys. We cannot wait to come back and bring friends!
