« Just as advertised! Hiked Rams Head trail one morning from the property. It was nice staying on the east side for a couple of nights to hit up salt pond and Lameshurs. Loved that we could use the refrigerator and they provided drinking water. They have a great set up and provide a lot of extras like beach chairs and charged battery packs so that we could charge our cell phones at night! Thank you! »

« I stayed on the north side for half of my vacation and at this spot for the second half. You definitely need a vehicle to get there. The site is cozy with plenty of amenities but know that it's camping. Everything functioned as it should. The fan was a very handy in the tent at night. It gets warm down here. « This property is designed for those that like camping. There’s nothing luxury about this site. I felt unsafe and stuffy the whole night. The tent had no air flow, the shower has no hot water/pressure kept going out. The main bathroom had no lights so we had to use our camera phones. There was a portable potty behind our tent if you didn’t want to walk down to the bathroom. No refrigerator, just a cooler of ice and mosquitoes galore! « Hiccups in the beginning but Charles was very helpful. This is a camping option. It's a glamping option, but still a tent. IF YOU DON'T LIKE TO CAMP, then don't book it. Book his other option which is a really cool container apartment he built himself. And if that is not to your taste, then pay 2-3 times for a typical mediocre resort in the town. I prefer to give my $$ to a local entrepreneur vs some corporation. »
