« The cottage is about the size of a single motel room. But, it was cozy. The best part was the large, fenced, yard for my furbaby! The host does homeschooling for young children. So, she would try to meet them at the gate to ensure the gate got latched. However, several times the gate didn't latch properly which led to an unexpected adventure for my furbaby. It wasn't what I had pictured, but it was a very nice stay. »

« This property was perfect for us and our needs. We put Mom upstairs, and my husband and I took the top bunk in the downstairs, and our two dogs took the floor. The downstairs is perfect if you have pets. The yard is huge, the location was great. We will return! »

« The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies. »

« Owners did a great job with the remodeling. Back yard is really cool. Amenities are well provided. Plenty of eateries near as is a nice park for walking the dogs. All you need to bring is your toothbrush. »

« This little cabin checked all of the boxes. It was comfortable, well appointed, clean, and beat of all -quiet. The hot tub under the stars was awesome. Bridget is right there if you need anything, and her dogs are so sweet. We loved the walk to the creek! This is definitely one we would stay in again. »

« Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep. »

« The house was as shown in the photos except for the siding that was missing on one patch on the side of the house. It is pricey for only 2 people considering the house was in a repair state but a family with a lot of kids would definitely get full value out of the space. The overhead loft is only about 4' to the ceiling, so better for wee ones. There was a ton of emails sent from the manager/s of the property; somewhat excessive. « We stayed here for graduation weekend. Easy to walk everywhere and we used the outdoor patio often. Everything was clean and just as advertised. »

« A beautiful little gem outside of Payson. We were looking for remote place to let our dog run loose and this for the bill! Only complaint is the back fence is not secure so our pup did get out once. The house it's self is extremely cozy. It's the yard and porch that make this place special because they are beautiful! If you're looking for a place to get some R &R outdoors this is the place for you! »
