« So let's get the negative out the way to start. Check-in time is 2 pm. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready which was obviously understandable. We left our car in their free parking, our luggage at the desk and went out for a bite to eat. When we came back at 2:10, our luggage was by the desk unattended and not in a back room and our room was still not ready. We had to wait until 2:30 for our room. Was there any form of apology ? Nope ! And to top it off, the floor of the room was still...

« The propert had none of the listed amenities available. No pool and no game zone and no private beach access. AC of the room was so noisy that could not sleep at night. Best part was no one was available at reception at check out time. Waste of money. »

« A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area. The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very nice. Food was delicious. »

« Overall the property is is unique location or i could say outstanding location where you will never find a place like Lapota in the middle of nature. One thing i didnt like is the staff hygiene in which the bar tender is washing the glass with water only and serving the drink to the next customer. « The price doesn't correspond to the hotel conditions and services. Not bad but not the best. According to the price should be the best. I understand it's a 3-star hotel but the price we paid is too much for it. For the same price we got a 5-star hotel in the heart of Athens with Acropolis view! Otherwise, the food was good and the location too. Surrounded by the mountains, small brook in front, mineral water and fresh air makes this place very attractive. »
