"Overall it is a really nice hotel with good amenities. Lovely pool areas with a good choice of restaurants. The snack bar was great with so much choice. The water park was a great addition to! "I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst...

"Clean, great facilities. Staff are superb from entertainment to cooking to reception. Everything was easy, pools are lovely, beach is clean, we came in May/June and never had an issue finding a sun bed. Food is absolutely super with extremely fresh ingredients and a great variety. "Short one night stop over in Heraklion. Hotel was lovely, bed very comfortable and breakfast was very good. The only comment I would make was the bathroom wasn’t completely separate to the bedroom, separate toilet but the shower and wash basin were in the bedroom. Would have preferred a bit more privacy "
