« Hat alles gepasst, saubere, geräumige Wohnung, schöner Pool. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass man auf kurzem Fußweg entlang der Küste schnell zum schön angelegten Yachthafen Rubicon gelangt. Die Alarmanlage schaltet man aus, indem man den runden Chip (liegt auf dem Schaltkästchen) kurz an das Zahnradsymbol in der Mitte des Kästchens hält. Zum "Scharfmachen" das Symbol oben links auf dem Kästchen drücken. Das wurde bei den Unterlagen im Vorfeld etwas unklar beschrieben (auf Englisch). »

« Logement spacieux et propre très fonctionnel. Mais très bruyant car juste au dessus d'un bar et un bruit constant de moteur de clim ou de frigo? L'Hôte a oublié de nous communiquer le code pour les clefs à l'arrivée. Donc petit moment de stress. Mais au final tout s'est bien passé. »

« We had a very warm welcome and support from Ana all along our stay. Her home is very well situated, really close from Charco St Gines - the place to be Arrecife. It is safe, calm, very clean, and we also appreciated the (small) garage, so no worry about where to park the car when coming back from visiting Lanzarote. One minute walk from restaurants facing the small boats and St Gines Church area - so nice for diner at night, and shopping areas. We really enjoyed.... Lanzarote is...

« Simple property, great value for money. Great sea views - both front and back of property. Easy walk to restaurants. Pool was lovely. Snorkelling in cove just next to the apartment was beautiful. Quick transfer from the airport - hire car not necessary. Owner met us at the apartment for check in and was able to provide flexibility for our early arrival. Only comment - lack of shade by the pool, a parasol would have been useful. There was no air conditioning but this wasn’t needed as the sea...

« Appartement idéal pour 2 couples (et deux enfants). Deux belles chambres, deux belles salles de bains avec WC une grande terrasse. A 5 mn du Charco de San Gines et du front de mer. Propriétaire impeccable. Pour l'accès au parking se contenter d'un véhicule de taille moyenne la rampe d'accès est étroite. »
