« On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

« Nice and clean place »

« This is my 2nd time staying at Fabulous Mutiara Ville, but different unit and block. What I like about this home is clean and tidy. They've kitchen and iron too. If they've hair dryer, that'll be perfect. »

« It wasn't what i expected It is cheap n great location but there wasn't any onecto contact anyone regarding the room. Toilet not working the second day n its not kids friendly at all. Its just like hiring a room. »

« The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe. »

« This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. It close to the waterfront, Gaya street Friday and Saturday night and Sunday markets, convenient stores, laundry, and restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the staff is just awesome! The staff is very responsive, gave great city, food, and travel recommendations, and were accommodating. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff, you cant go wrong staying here! »
