Très beau gîte avec tout le nécessaire. Endroit très calme
Nous avons passé qu'une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour apprécier la literie qui est très confortable et l'endroit très calme. Ce gîte possède tout le nécessaire, aussi bien pour la vaisselle et les ustensiles que pour le linge de maison et de toilette. Yannick est accueillant et de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !

An overnight stop
This is wonderful gite which is owned by a very friendly gentleman. It's spacious warm and comfortable. We only stayed for one night on the way back home, but I will definitely stay here again to explore the area

Great stay
This is a lovely gîte: nicely furnished and with a well-equipped kitchen. We had some excellent croissants for breakfast each day from the boulangerie in nearby Acq. Very well situated for the WW1 and medieval sites. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wish we had planned more than just two nights! We stayed here because of its proximity to the Vimy Ridge and Beaumont Hamel memorials, but discovered that this area is beautiful and full of history and character. Take your time here if you are able. Our host was fantastic, from booking right through our departure - very hospitable and easy to communicate with. The kitchen comes very well equipped, and the bakery in Acq was amazing. Chez Fifine comes as advertised, but the pictures really don’t do it justice … Thanks to our host for making our first nights in France so enjoyable!

WOW!
We wish we had booked more than one night at this location. We were in the area visiting Vimy Ridge and had a fabulous stay Chez Fifine. The property is beautifully maintained, it's very clean and has everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the surroundings and also enjoyed making a lovely family meal in the well-equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend this property!

Excellent location for exploring the history of the local area.
Delightful, clean, and spacious accommodation in a quiet location with Yannick as a very friendly and helpful host. Situated just 10 minutes from Arras and all it’s amenities, also an excellent boulangerie in the next village. The location is perfect for exploring the history of WW1 both in the immediate area and The Somme, it is also about 1 hour from Flanders so well placed to explore further afield.

Chez Fifine surpassed all expectations. The property itself is very comfortable and spacious. We are a family of four and the two bathrooms and three bedrooms were perfect. Yannick was very helpful and available when ever required. The location is perfect to experience French village life as well as exploring key battles of the First World War. We would definitely recommend and would return here happily. Our only suggestion would be some coffee and tea. The Mills Family

Very nice short stay
We only stayed for one night on our way home from a two week holiday. We had everything we needed & was just the thing after a long drive. Yannick was friendly & helpful - especially as we don't speak a lot of French. The house has plenty of space and a lovely peaceful garden.

Lovely country retreat near Vimy
I stayed here with my 12 year old son and my older sister. It is located near lovely wheat fields and in the shadow of the Mt Saint Eloi Abbey, which o had never hear of but which is striking and history-filled. It was also unbelievably close to the Canadian Memorial at Vimy Ridge. It is spacious and comfortable and the hosts are lovely. A treasure!

Beautiful farm house. Wonderful owner. House is close to multiple WW1 memorials. Hour away from Belgium. We spent an amazing week at this location.

Why woudl you stay anywhere else?!
This cottage is so lovely. Super location for exploring Arras and the surrounding area. Great architecture, attentive owner, well equip and spotlessly clean. Yannick was so helpful with directions to the bakery, the bikes, the Netflix and the restaurant booking for me and my three friends. We will be back.

Very nice place close to Vimy Memorial. Polite host was there to meet us even though we had been delayed in traffic. 15 minutes to restaurants in Arras. Upstairs a bit warm.

A converted farmhouse near Mont St-Eloi
We enjoyed our stay at Chez Fifine immensely. There were six of us, two couples and two children. The gite was comfortable and well-equipped, and suited us very well. Yannick made us welcome, and gave us information about the local area. We enjoyed seeing some of the WWI sites, and we also took the TGV from Arras for a day in Paris. We had a nice meal at La Table des Tours in Mont St-Eloi. Many thanks, Yannick.

Renovated barn complete with lovely gardens and fitted out with everything. Location in small village was great with local bakery just up.the road. Owner very helpful. Great spot for visiting war memorials

Wonderful and original place!
Very nice, spacious, quiet and clean, Chez Fifine was the perfect start to our vacation with our three adult children. It had absolutely everything we needed. Yannick was a great host - we were there just as the weather was starting to warm up and he readied the bikes for us. We were also able sit outside in the garden to enjoy a glass of wine, cooked dinner one night, and very much enjoyed a nearby restaurant (La Table des Tours). Great boulangerie within walking distance, as well as "un caviste" well-known for whiskies (and wine and champagne). Perfect location for those wanting to visit Vimy (which we did) and Arras. We would definitely love to come back.

Thank you Yannick for opening your home to our family of five. It was such a nice feeling staying in such a fine mid eighteen century cottage with all the modern conveniences of home. Thanks for letting us use the bikes to explore the incredible countryside. We’ll be back in a heartbeat if we ever have the chance to visit France again.

Spacious, comfortable and peaceful stay in the Nord-pas-de-Calais region
Our family of 5 adults enjoyed a lovely week at Chez Fifine in January. The property was very spacious, warm and well equipped (the younger adults especially enjoying the netflix!) with all we required and Yannick was close at hand if there were any questions or problems and to explain the workings of the property to us on arrival . Although it is a 5 minute drive to the small supermarket there is a boulangerie in the village a couple of minutes drive away. In the next village-opposite the ruins of the Abbey is a lovely little restaurant-''La Table des Tours''. With Arras just a 15-20 minute drive there are many dining options and larger supermarkets. Chez Fifine was well placed for touring all the WW1 battle sites and great museums as day trips as well as excursions into Belgium. We all had a very happy stay and I would certainly recommend this property to others.

Peaceful, spacious and gorgeous cottage
Chez Fifine was lovely! Clean, tastefully decorated, cozy and so quiet. Perfectly situated for our tour of the Canadian National War Memorial, it was a pleasure to come here at the end of the day and relax in the sunny garden. After dinner, we borrowed bikes for a spin to the nearby cathedral ruins. Yannick was a gracious host.
