« Un coin un peu isolé. il faut prendre un taxi pour le moindre déplacement. Quartier superbe et sécuritaire. Gaz pour la cuisinière et eau chaude pas très efficaces; ça manquait un peu de puissance. « This place was a DREAM!!! We had the best time here on my bachelorette. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Communication was great, and Eliaz helped us arrange golf cart rentals and groceries to be ready once we arrived. We are a close group of friends, so the open rooms for sleeping worked well for us, but other than the tree house room and separate guest house the rooms are open if that influences anyone’s selection. « The property itself is realy cool and unique, the cenote is awsome but to get there you have to drive off the path a bit maybe 10 to 15 min. On a dirt road with absolutely no light at night, communication was awsome and staff very helful, its secure but dont feel as secluded as i anticipared due to the other property being directly next to our loft, and you can pretty much see everything we are doing due to the glass walls, make sure you have mosquito repellent because you will definitely need...

« My husband and I have been to Isla a few times in the past and have always chosen to stay on the south side of the island and have never regretted it. This time we stayed at Casa Mariposa and loved every minute of it. The privacy is amazing. We spent lots of time in the pool, up on the roof, and taking impromptu naps in the cool air conditioning. We cooked quite a bit, and when shopping at Chedraui we even made sure to get a bag of spinach leaves for the security iguana (we called him Paco)...

« We really enjoyed this property and location. This location was quite with as much sea glass as one could want. Only 5 minutes from North Beach and 20 minutes from Punta Sur by golf cart. Amazing sunrise from the master bed. We swam in the ocean (of course with water shoes) just out the back door. Appliances all worked well and had plenty of bottled water ready for us. Fast response from host we we had questions. Highly recommend »

« A group of seven of us stayed at the house. The house itself is beautiful, the outside view and patio is perfect. The pool was freezing but we still enjoyed it. The “butler kitchen” was lacking cookware to be called a chef’s dream. We had little to work with but were able to pull off breakfast. They did not have a lot of cleaning supplies or kitchen towels which was a little frustrating and the kitchen sink water was either scolding hot, or there was no water pressure with lower temp. « The property was a great size and location for us and we generally really liked it for our stay. The only slight issue was the quality of the decked area outside which was a bit rotten in places which made it a bit dangerous. However, we did love it and would defintely stay again. The cat was a character and stayed with us when we were outside. »

« This place is like dream! Really nice interior design. Comes with washer dryer which is an added plus if you plan on staying longer than 5 days. Just remember to not flush anything down the toilet! Not even toilet paper. The toilets here extremely sensitive. »

« Toda mi familia amo la decoración de el lugar. Nos brindaba mucha paz y se sentía muy acogedor. Desafortunadamente, mis niños le tienen pavor a las cucarachas y estas seguían apareciendo constantemente en su habitación. El servicio de agua también afectó mucho nuestra productividad porque a causa de las 3 gotas que salían de la regadera en los momentos menos favorables, nos era imposible salir temprano de el lugar. Si recomendaría el lugar pero también aclararía estos dos inconvenientes. »

« Located in the hip La Veleta neighborhood, it is a brand new development with only 8 casitas so it is very private. A 15min walk from downtown Veleta where there are plenty of fun things to do and a 15min bike ride to the beach it is very centric. Place is very well outfitted and has everything you would need to have the perfect stay. Rooftop palapa and pool are super fun to have and enjoy. Highly recommend! »
