This charming little house consists on the ground floor of a living room opening onto a terrace, with an open fitted and equipped kitchen, a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140*190 bed), a bedroom with two single beds (80x190) and a bathroom. Outside you can enjoy the terrace.

Petite maison agréable et bien équipée
Maison agréable et bien équipée. Parfait pour 4 personnes pour un confort total. Bonne literie, cuisine et salle de bain moderne et bien équipées. Petite terrasse extérieure appréciable. Seul point négatif: le manque de lumière côté salon.

très bon sejour à Sarzeau
Les chambres sont agréables et la pièce principale bien équipée. L'agence n'était pas brieffée sur l'emplacement de parking. Le quartier est calme et on est proche du centre ville de Sarzeau comme des plages. Notamment celle du Rohu où l'on peut voir des hippocampes et des signathes avec masque et tuba. Comme améliorations, il faut renforcer l'éclairage de la salle de bains et aussi mettre une rampe pour l'échelle de meunier qui est très raide : la descente est dangereuse.
