« Séjour agréable et confortable. Personnel accueillant. Très bon repas. La photo de chambre double dans le pavillon (lodge) me faisait craindre un espace étriqué. Bien au contraire, la chambre est spacieuse, confortable, agréable, propre, calme. Literie confortable. Très grande baignoire ! Le pavillon est tout proche (2 minutes à pied) du bâtiment principal où se prennent les repas. Excellent séjour, nuit reposante. »

« Très bonne adresse, chambres confortables, maison idéalement située. Jim le propriétaire est super acceuillant, aux petits soins, et très sympathique. Dommage que le nom de la maison ne soit pas écrit car les extérieurs n'indiquent pas qu'on est à la bonne adresse. Il reste que c'est une maison donc on entend le moindre chuchotement de la chambre voisine. Mais ça reste un détail si on sait à quoi s'attendre (pour ma part on ne m'a jamais précisé à la réservation qu'il ne s'agissait pas d'un...

« Stayed for first time but will return. Excellent room & shower all efficiently handled. Only criticism would be that cooked breakfast was on a cold plate & bacon fat not cooked hardly at all but everything else was great. »

« Well presented and brilliant priced accommodation. Plenty of space and key box access was genius! Lots of drink making equipment in the room, lovely toiletries, and the included continental breakfast was perfect. Highly recommend. »

« Beautiful cottage, extremely clean and with plenty of facilities… also the bed was really comfortable. Great location in Whitstable!! »

« Just an overnight stay but the room was very clean and nicely presented. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good with everything provided and nice towels. Tea and coffee ( Not packets) and fresh milk was a bonus Would recommend. »

« The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. »

« I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this.. »

« I arrived could not find the accommodation, went on line and discovered that the accommodation was permanently closed. I had to pay for alternate accommodation and have not had any contact from Expedia »

« OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. Hope these...

« This property did "exactly what it said on the tin": Communication with the owner was timely and efficient; the property was well equipped with just the right level of facilities; all info provided was up to date and useful. The really nice thing though was that it was quiet! »
