« Clean condo in older building. Condo has been recently updated and looks amazing. We spent most of our time on the lenai watching surfers and fish. »

« We loved our time at the condo. It was well appointed with all of the kitchen supplies we could need, and so many fun beach items to take to the beach club. The beach wagon came in so handy. »

« Excellent 2-bedroom loft for families! Loved the hammock and bunk beds. Brand-new dishwasher and laundry machines worked perfectly! Several boogie boards available though 2 split in half. Patio couch broken from prior renters. Owner very responsive when I told her about missing bunk mattress and immediately replaced it.Only problem - you need to be able to sleep through quite a lot of different types of noise:On our first night, Saturday, there was a very loud concert going on somewhere...

« This condo was amazing! The location was perfect as it was right in the middle of downtown Kona and easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo was big, clean, and had a large lanai with beautiful views of the ocean. Easy to check in and the property manager checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. »

« I was in Waikoloa for work and this was the perfect location for me and my husband. The amenities were more than enough and the hosts were never seen or heard. I knew they were home but they weren’t hovering so it felt like home. I’d stay here again!! »

« This condo was great. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our meals. I find that most places have old pans and kitchen utensils. This place had good quality dishes and pans. I have to make my meals and it was nice to have good equipment. The location made it quick to get to Hapuna Beach and go boogie boarding and snorkeling. The pool was great and a quick walk to get there. We had a fantastic holiday. I highly recommend this place. »

« The location was very convenient. The picture shows a futon, but it was extremely uncomfortable, so I would not go back myself. If you are 1 person or a couple that can sleep in a qieen bed the place is ok. »
