« Very clean, with kind, welcoming staff and peaceful atmosphere. The music played outdoor breaks this feeling a bit. Beach is next door, with security staff always watching over, and while downtown is rather far the tricycle comes fast enough after a call from the lobby. »

« Un beau jardin bien entretenu dans un cadre mi vieillot,mi moderne,ne laissant pas place à une quelconque hésitation quant au choix de la chambre ( dans la partie moderne bien sûr) . Les points à améliorer : - la propreté de manière générale dans les parties communes : vestiaires piscines , poubelles, salle du restaurant. - le service qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que veut être l'établissement : un certain laxisme et manque d'attention envers la clientèle. - absence totale de connections...

« We arrived with no hot water and reported it immediately. They fixed the problem right away and resolved the problem that night. We requested a microwave and provided it right away. Pillows are great and mattress felt good. Staff is friendly and excellent service. Plan to stay again to this Hotel in the future. »

« The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food. »

« Maritoni did not disappoint. I planned to stay only for a couple of days but I ended up staying for over a week as the staff and the resort itself were terrific! Facilities are newly renovated, the Bali vibe is gorgeous, food is excellent. All the staff are very, very hospitable. I would definitely stay again on my next visit! »

« The bathroom has no ventilation so that things don't dry and rot. No chair, no table. No mosquito net, only very small window so if you want air you need to let the door open. The Wifi works in the lobby but does not reach the room. Most things in the room are very old and nearly broken. Close to the beach and the surf area, not too noisy. Friendly staff. Cleaning OK. »

« I wanted to give them 5 stars. Everything was excellent, except the most important, the beds. The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted. »

« This property is a favorite venue for wedding receptions and similar events. It has an atmosphere of elegance and offers a friendly and proficient staff. Electrical outlets are limited and towel placements are a bit too high for shorter guests but they are minor inconveniences and are easily offset by the convenient overall accommodation offered by the hotel. »
