« Booked a deluxe two bedroom. Very nice except that the appliances didn't match what they listed on their own website. The staff were very helpful in relocating me to an apartment that did. Issues with the aircon throughout my stay. Otherwise great. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ingrid whose assistance was exceptional. »

« I booked a one-bedroom apartment suite for a 4 night stay. The suite was spacious and had a lovely balcony to sit out on, a small kitchen with a decent sized fridge and everything you might need to be reasonably self-sufficient. The staff were extremely helpful at every turn. The bar downstairs has a nice, relaxed atmosphere. The only negative was the bathroom shower which was in urgent need of renewal. Definitely not up to 5* standard in its current state and not properly clean on arrival....

« キャンベラのシティからバスまたはタクシー。中心部から約６キロくらいの住宅街。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ポップアップトースター、包丁ナイフスプーン完備。スーパーまで歩いて約１０位。近隣にレストランコンビニなしです。民博のような感じでした。玄関とかありません。ロビーもありません。ホテルの方もいません。エアコンは自分でコントロールできません。寒かった。バスタブのない部屋でした。シャワーは最初は調子よかったのですが、２０分くらいで水になりました。冷たかったです。洗面台はシンクでした。服などを洗うのにはちょうどいい深さです。隣の部屋へ通じるであろうドア（ドアノブが外されてる）の鍵穴から隣が見えるのと、声が聞こえてきます。無線wifiは快適に使えました。ベッドもテーブルも快適でした。 »
