« Pros: “breakfast on us” coupons, fun working water slides, enjoyable meals at tavern and aaltos on site. Clean room! Cons: Front desk could use some customer service training. No smiles. No warm welcome. Have to ask questions you’d expect them to just provide in their welcome at check in. Down to one elevator, other under repairs. « I stayed here the night before my surgery. I was non-weight bearing on my left leg. The hotel was very accommodating, providing grab bars, a comfortable bed, shower chair and a large enough room to navigate easily with wheel chair and walker. Our stay was less than 12 hours but we were very satisfied »

« Our room was so clean and spacious we wished we were not just passing through for one night. After leaving, we realized we had left a few important items behind. The receptionist promptly retrieved them so we will pick them up on our way back through. The breakfast had a great sekection and the breakfast room was clean and comfortable. »

« The room was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee was available all day. The room was cold because the air conditioner was set to 63. We couldnt shut off the a/c. It was very noisy.the noise kept us awake. »

« Overall it was fine. It allowed pets which is great but there was SO MUCH poop outside. And one of the entrances didn’t work with keys, which got old. A few places in hallways were messy, like with food on the floor and stuff. Not bad, but could have been a bit nicer. »
