« Bruit de la ventilation dans la chambre au rez de chaussez (1er étage) insupportable et impossible de le réduire (conception de l'hôtel). C'est la plainte numéro un des clients, et ce n'est pourtant indiqué dans aucun des avis !!! Le personnel a fait ce qu'il a pu; c'est à dire rien (hôtel complet) mais a été désolé et très aimable. »

« Notre séjour a constitué une grande déception : - le personne au front desk souvent désagréable (3 personnes sur 5 rencontrées) - mauvaise insonorisation, réveil deux nuits de suite à 4h du matin à cause des bruits de pas dans la chambre du dessus - la petit déjeuner se prend à l’extérieur avec une somme ne permettant pas de prendre un « vrai repas » - aucun « esprit B&B » En revanche, l’établissement était très propre et la chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. »

« The folks that work here couldn’t have been nicer. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat, so we called the office and they were here in less than 5 minutes! We truly loved it! Highly recommend! A »

« Wow! What an amazing place. I highly recommend Marriott SurfWatch. We had a 3 bedroom condo and Plenty of room for everyone. We had a view of the lake and fountain. Very peaceful, clean and comfortable beds. 5 star! »

« I loved that it was nice relaxing getaways but still had options as far as games and other events happening if i wanted to take part. Definitely will be planning a trip back with the entire family. »

« The room was spacious and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. There were some minor cosmetic things like chipping paint. The dishwasher was not secured and tipped each time we opened it. It was also very noisy when it ran and the dishes did not all come clean. »

« 768 Spinnaker condo was exceptional! It was bright, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have asked for. (Items looked new).. beds were comfortable as was living room seating..lots of space to move around. There were even dog bowls for our pooch! So thoughtful! We have stayed in a number of rental properties on the island,..this was just wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home »

« The property was well kept and very clean. We loved that the beach was walking distance. The property had everything we needed, even containers to store our food. We will indeed visit again. »

« Check-in was very vague. We were contacted via messenger on hotels.com instead of my email or phone. We didnt get it until we arrived at 18:00. There was no one at the security desk to let us in to the gate. Other than lack of communication in the beginning it was okay. Beautiful property nice and quiet. The pictures were not of the room we got...we thought we werr getting a loft style instead of apartment style. »

« Property was greatly lovely and cozy very close to MCRC base for Marine graduation close 10 to 15 minutes away from all restaurants and shopping. »
