« If I had read my emails before arrival I would’ve found out about the parking being over the road but even so, staff at reception gave me all the information I needed and allocated a permit for us. Everywhere was so clean and neat and the reception staff were so helpful and engaging, giving us some local information and also discussing driving routes etc. room was beautiful- lovely deep bath, iron and board, hairdryer all good quality. « Overall it was a pleasant stay, the staff were really welcoming and friendly. Great location. Unfortunately no dinner service was available on the evening I arrived although I had requested this on my booking I wasn't informed until I arrived at the hotel. I wasn't particularly impressed at having to pay for parking and the berries at breakfast were still frozen! Other than than it was a really lovely stay, very dog friendly. »

The room was compact but unless you were planning to spend a whole day in the room, it was perfect for sleeping and getting ready for the day.
