« Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. »

« The location is perfect. It is close to the center, planetarium, museums, Puzata Hata restaurant (10 in walk), subway station. The room and cleanliness are poor. In my room, there was no shampoo provided. I have to go and ask for it. The heat was not working the first day, I have to sleep under two blankets and fully dressed. Although, they fixed it on the second day of my stay. The towels are so used that they are not white anymore because they are old and washed too many times. No tea kettle...

« Great staff and great place. My only gripe was that the showers were not always hot. Thats important to me in the heart of winter. There was no lift (elevator), so maybe not your first choice if you struggle with stairs. »

« Bra hotel, for en grei pris. Frokost var ikke inkludert,men dette var billig å bestille fra resepsjonen. Hadde den største suiten, var veldig komfortabel ,med 2 tver og alt som trengs. Kanskje litt lite i mini baren hvis det skal trekkes ned for noe. Kunne lokal språket er en stor fordel,når svært lite står på engelsk. Hotellet ligger et godt stykke fra sentrum, helt avhengig av Taxi. Ellers et bra hotell, for en god pris,hyggelig personale og ryddig og pent. Området rundt hotellet,er ikke...

« The bed linen and towels very very smelly. Although it seems like some of it had been washed, it eas probably done on a low temperature, poorly dried and not disinfected. The place appears like it's also being caters the "per hour customers". However, even that I would not care about if the linen and towels were clean, as overall it has a potential to be a good value for money place. »

« Decent hotel, however all rooms have wall to wall carpets, so if you have allergies or sensitivity to dust choose another place to stay. »

« Séjour pendant Covid-19 en Décembre. Points négatifs: Changements de préstations dûs au Covid pas indiqué sur site: Absence buffet petit-déjeuner, minibar. Pas de transfert aéroport- hotel. Chauffage insuffisant par température extérieure sous 0 dégrées. Quelques faux déclanchements alarme incendie. Les changements de préstations due au Covid devrait être indiquées sur le site, comme ca dure depuis un moment. Points positifs: Personnel aimable, serviable, parlant anglais, très bonne cuisine,...
