« I had stayed at this property a year before and there are constant improvements being made to the facilities and the area around it. The beds aren't the typical foam mattresses you can find elsewhere, they are nicely firm. »

« A key central location with easy access to the entire town. The Hotel is quiet and maintains personal privacy very well. It is located adjacent to San Juan's main street. The room was very large, exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were both communicative and eager to help whenever asked to do so. « L'etablissement est incroyabement bien tenu, en front de mer sur une plage de galets, les requins balaine sont dans la baie juste devant. Le restaurant de l'hotel est pas cher et vraiment bon. Tout est vraiment parfait, le cadre est idyllique. Sachez juste que les paiements par carte sont soumis à une charge de 5%. Prévoyez des de l'espece car la facture en fin de séjour oeut etre salée entre les excursions, le snorckeling, le scuba diving, le resto etc... »

« The r00m was not clean the cl0th closet was not clean and had not been clean in some time from topto bottom and there was no toilet set on the toilet in the first room and when i tolld them about it they moved me to another room and the toilet set there was was no good also overall i would not remain this hotel to any one i know and the room do not look like the picture they appetize »

« No hot shower. You don’t want to stay in back room (104). Diesel gas smell from large generator right outside room filters in to the room through the ac unit. Even if you are not running it, the fumes still filter in to the room. Had to sleep with head under sheets all night because smell was strong »

« Our stay in Surigao was absolute bliss!! Although this place is old and has been badly affected by typhoon Odette a couple of years ago and is still undergoing renovations. The location was gold! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Its location is in their famous Mabua Pebble Beach, Surigao City, and on the foot of a mountain and with some 300 steps you get the most amazing view. It is also a fishing village and I've spent every night just watching the fishermen on their boats...

Nous avions loué une chambre, très simple, mais confortable, donc très bon rapport qualité prix. Le restaurant est dans la tranche moyenne haute pour les Philippines mais on y mange très bien ! Le personnel vraiment très sympathique et de bons conseils ! Deux superbes plongées effectuées autour de L’ile de limawasa. Toutefois les tarifs des plongées...

« This is a small resort located at Southern Leyte, but overall, for a resort at the area, it is above standard. The staffs are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and they tried to accomodate everyone's favourite. »

« First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light...

« The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! We also had two rooms reserved, but the front desk clerk told us that her paper work shows only one room! She had no computer to check the reservations from Expedia. We were forced to contact Expedia, ask them to send us two separate confirmations to show...
