« The hotel itself was very nice. The hotel had a room with the kitchen and separate sleeping area. It was great for our family of 4. There were many different areas to gather outside of our room. The only negative was the pool area. The glass windows around the area was unable to hold the heat in. There was no room for a person to sit or their stuff down around the pool because the walkway was so narrow. Also, this location was far from any thing to do. »

« Overall experience it was very good. Only problem was that the HVAC was a bit too loud. Breakfast was decent. They ran out of pancakes quickly and took a while to replace the bag. Elevator smelled like cigarettes with a cigarette butt on the floor. »

« Réservation une semaine - pas de ménage effectué dans la chambre pendant toute la durée du séjour. Pas de changement serviettes etc . Idem dans le couloir ,pas de passage d’aspirateur … Les petits déjeuners souvent en rupture de produits : jus d’orange, yaourts , fruits etc., »

« They really lack st having your rooms ready at check in . Check in is at 3pm we tried to check in at 4:30 NO rooms were ready ! Maybe think of adjusting your check out time to allow more time for rooms to get clean. »

« The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met. »
