« Average hotel with average service. I faced too many issues: 1- they made me wait 35 minutes to get my room even though I arrived in the evening. Lot of noises in the hotel (elevator, chatting, etc). I had to call 42 hours after I handed my laundry to get my shirt back. The laundry man insisted to get paid at the door and didn't give me the payment receipt... Breakfast is ok. I really don't recommend it if you want to have a comfortable stay in Riyadh. »

« I needed a room near the airport for a morning flight and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is modern and the rooms were large. Breakfast was great and I also ate at the restaurant which had good food. There seemed to be some noise outside the room from the hotel fans / infrastructure but this didn't affect my sleep. The staff were all really amazing. I was especially grateful to the door staff. I had heavy luggage and when my Uber driver didn't get out of the car, a member of staff suddenly appeared...

« This was a business trip, my first one to Riyadh. The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. Also Bus station close by, car rentals, Dry Cleaning services, eye glasses shop incase you lost yours like me. Friendly staff. »

« Warm thanks to all the crew who make all their efforts to make you happy , all of them , buffet is good , confort is more than excellent , all is excellent , also the location is perfect with a place on front where many saudi children with their parents chill during the evening late.
