« Booked it for our first big bear lake trip, and it was excellent experience. We got to our building with no problem, and even though there was problem with the indoor parking due to our neighbor’s truck being too huge and blocking the walkway, Dennis at the front desk was so nice and offer us a different parking right away. « The stay at the condo was good. The place was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying in the condo. However, The checking in process was horrible and a real inconvenience since it is not onsite. I had to drive a few miles and the management place was very difficult to find. It took me over an hour to find the place only to sign a piece of paper. This process could have been handled with an e-signature since it was a keyless entry to the condo. »
