« Un resort parfait pour ne pas payer les yeux de la tête et avoir tout de même un endroit superbe avec une des plus belle section de plage. Le resto est très bons, plusieurs autres excellents restaurants sont à proximité (de 4 à 20 min de marche). Le quartier est très sécuritaire (une femme seule peut s'y promener seul le soir sans danger). Les salles de bain sont rénovés et les lits très confortables. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation! »

« Premises are fine. What we didn't like is our room: floor had not cleaned properly (lots of sands). TV in the living room did not work. Overall, the room is not in top shape and would need to be refurbished »

« Super hôtel avec un extérieur magnifique. La chambre est tiptop et dotée d’équipements comme micro ondes, iPad et terrasse avec canapés. Personnel super sympa et serviable. Vélos à disposition. Plage à 500 mètres … splendide. Par contre pas de resto mais il y en a plusieurs dans les alentours. Je recommande vivement cet endroit idyllique. »

« This hotel is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous - breathtaking views and an amazing infinity pool. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved that breakfast was included and they were generous with portions. As far as service, I need to give Joan and Francesca a HUGE shoutout. They were so amazing, accommodating, solutions oriented and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. At the pool, both Ty and Jeff were so helpful and great. Outside of that, this hotel has a lot of work to do...

« Super pour l famille, manque une cuisinière dans la cuisine, mais nous avons réussie à s’organiser. La laveuse/secheuse a été très pratique. »

« The resort was perfect for our stay. The suites were fully equipped and felt like a home away from home. The location right on Grace Bay Beach was amazing. Just steps away from the beautiful glass clear water. Highly recommend. »

« Si vous ne réservez pas une chambre avec butler (environ 20 000$ US), vous serez considéré comme une classe inférieure et n'aurez jamais droit aux cabanas, aux meilleures tables des restos ni aux meilleures chaises à la piscine. Le site est merveilleux mais le personnel n'est, en général, pas trop aimable. »

« Our stay at The Tuscany was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Check-in was a breeze, and the manager personally walked us to our suite, showing us all the features and even offering to walk us to a nearby restaurant. The room was spacious and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the ocean. And the beach? Truly world-class — peaceful, pristine, and never crowded. Couldn’t recommend this place more! »

« The property was immaculate and the service was outstanding. It was quiet and we felt safe. The only down side (which we knew going in) is there was no dining options on the property. The did offer a free complimentary breakfast. There was a hotel just down the beach (10 minute walk) that had multiple restaurants. Great place to stay. Highly recommend! »

« The two bedroom villa we stayed at was clean and nice to have the beach right outside our door. Unfortunately the sliding glass door was broken and didn’t lock. I expressed my concern to management and Justine said it would be fixed the next day and it wasn’t. I reached out again and she said there is limited workers on the island that can fix it. When I told her I was uncomfortable having my family stay there with a door that doesn’t lock in this area, she stopped answering me all together....
