« Second stay at LLV and, again, even being critical couldn't find a fault. Top notch room and amenities with speedy and always polite service. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. The 109 steps up into room L88 are burning off some extra calories. Will be back! »

« Good location, just a few steps from the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cafe Marco was a step above most of the food establishments, as was the Dawei Tea House, both linked to the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Only negative was that the advertised free parking was not free if you book through an on-line service, like Orbitz. We had a power failure the first night and it knocked out WiFi for the remainder of our stay. Same for Cafe Marco and Dawei Tea House. But that was beyond...

« It is the perfect location especially if you prefer a quiet place to chill with family. The grounds are kept clean and beautiful, the staff are always ready to help and the view is fantastic. The restaurant serves amazing food at reasonable prices too. Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ »

« Havde et perfekt ophold på Utopia. Hotellet har den bedste beliggenhed og udsigt i Puerto Galera.Ligger centralt for oplevelser i området og er helt perfekt kombineret med en scooter der kan lejes på hotellet for 600 php. Pr.dag. Hvis du gerne vil have luxus til en fair pris er der intet bedre hotel i Puerto Galera.Vær opmærksom på en meget stejl adgangsvej til Utopia, men sådan er det i Puerto Galera og bidrager til den eksotiske stemning. « L’hotel est magnifique et les paysages également. La chambre était très belle mais le ménage laisse un peu à desiré. Nous sommes resté 15 jours et le sol n’a pas été lavé une seule fois ( j’ai marché sur une serviette hygiénique un matin qui était là depuis combien de semaines?) les draps en 15 jours n’ont pas été changé. Mais le personnels étaient adorable. Français n’y allé pas pour la nourriture ! »

« they are leaving the location in a month. they dont fx anything anymore. AC and TV doesnt work. Water in shower and faucet was brown!! however, staff are friendly and apologetic with the situation and gave us a reasonable room discount. »
