« Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Food was brilliant for buffet breakfast and dinner. Lunch in lobby bar was great. Reasonable prices. Some items cheaper here than in other bars. Pool was great, very busy at peak times. Had a view of the resort. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Small fridge. Hooks and shelf above radiator to dry ski gear. Loved it here! »

« Kayak için gittik. Otel gondolaya 500 m mesafede. Oteldenden gondolaya olan son servis 10:00 da kalkıyor. Banskodaki otellerin genelinde 12:00 kadar servis oluyor. Her seferinde gondolaya yürümek zorunda kaldık. Bu kadar kaliteli bir otelin bu durumu düşünmemesi çok saçma. Onun dışındaki hersey çok iyi. Ama bir daha kalmam. »

« First time in Elegant Lux, ended there because my usual place was full. I was happy to find Boris serving breakfast, whom I had known as lifeduty at Winslow Spa, always kind and speaking good french. Service is good, kind staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was good and susbstantial (eggs, bulgarian charcuterie, cakes, fruits, etc). Good spa : pool, jacuzi, 2 saunas and a steambath (however often off). Close to main street, shops and restaurants. Gondola is 7 to 8 minute walk but they have...

« Très agréable séjour dans cet établissement Haut de Gamme. Chambre confortable, restauration de bon niveau, très bon service. Dommage quelques détails de finitions (rien de grave) empêche de mettre 10/10. Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs hôtel 5* sur Velingrad , Kashmir est pour nous le meilleur. Nous reviendrons assurément. »

« Pleasant hotel with spa facilities in a quiet, green area. Staff was friendly, breakfast offered variety. The bed was a bit too soft, but overall the room was fine. »

« We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good. »

« This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. »

« Superbe hotel à l'extérieur de la frénétique Borovets. Seul bémole une salle de petit déjeuner un peu petite pour la taille de l'hotel et un service de fait un peu industriel. »

« Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. »

« Çok güzel bir hoteldi(bazı kısımlar tadilat nedeni ile kapalı olsa da)Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever di biz iki aile olarak gittik ve çok eğlendik,tek olumsuz eleştirim yemekler konusunda olabilir her gün her öğün de hep aynı yemeklerin çıkarılması 3 gün üstü konaklamalarda sıkıcı oluyor. »

« L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Seul bémol était la salle de bain. La douche n’était pas bien rangé et l’eau était partout dans la salle de bain. Le complexe touristique est vraiment magnifique. »

« un centre de bien être exceptionnel pour ce type d etablissement installations,confit design Sauna Hamam piscine ...decor design , de bon gout piscine extérieure très agréable , profonde avec musique et bar la chambre est de taille bien moyenne pour la Bulgarie le mobilier vieillissant la salle de bain devrait également être rénovée »

« Room was very dirty. Manager was very rude and didn’t introduce hisself and say “sorry” »

« A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced. »
