« Superb hotel, location is excellent with very modern facilities. Friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Borovets if we were to return. This is isn’t about the hotel but Borovets resort needs to start investing in new lifts etc - the lift pass cost has increased and the facilities should too. That’s why we wouldn’t return to the resort! »

« Wenn man die Bilder beim Buchen sieht, denkt man, ja, ein nettes Hotel, wenn man das Hotel dann sieht, heißt es, willkommen in der Wirklichkeit, es hat wohl die besten Tage hinter sich. Es müsste von Grund auf saniert werden, es ist völlig egal, welches Detail man begutachtet, immer ist etwas kaputt oder nicht voll funktionsfähig. « Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. »

« A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items. »

« Très agréable séjour dans cet établissement Haut de Gamme. Chambre confortable, restauration de bon niveau, très bon service. Dommage quelques détails de finitions (rien de grave) empêche de mettre 10/10. Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs hôtel 5* sur Velingrad , Kashmir est pour nous le meilleur. Nous reviendrons assurément. »

« This was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. »

« Superbe hotel à l'extérieur de la frénétique Borovets. Seul bémole une salle de petit déjeuner un peu petite pour la taille de l'hotel et un service de fait un peu industriel. »

« We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good. »

« First time in Elegant Lux, ended there because my usual place was full. I was happy to find Boris serving breakfast, whom I had known as lifeduty at Winslow Spa, always kind and speaking good french. Service is good, kind staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was good and susbstantial (eggs, bulgarian charcuterie, cakes, fruits, etc). Good spa : pool, jacuzi, 2 saunas and a steambath (however often off). « Hotel tres bruillant. Personnel peu accueillant Bien placé à proximité des pistes et commerce. Vu le prix cela reste quand même raisonnable. Pour le petit déjeuner, lever vous de bonne heure pour être sur d avoir encore ce qu il faut à manger. Il faut se lever tôt car arrêt du petit déjeuner à 9h30. »

« A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced. »

« Çok güzel bir hoteldi(bazı kısımlar tadilat nedeni ile kapalı olsa da)Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımsever di biz iki aile olarak gittik ve çok eğlendik,tek olumsuz eleştirim yemekler konusunda olabilir her gün her öğün de hep aynı yemeklerin çıkarılması 3 gün üstü konaklamalarda sıkıcı oluyor. »

« un centre de bien être exceptionnel pour ce type d etablissement installations,confit design Sauna Hamam piscine ...decor design , de bon gout piscine extérieure très agréable , profonde avec musique et bar la chambre est de taille bien moyenne pour la Bulgarie le mobilier vieillissant la salle de bain devrait également être rénovée »
