« Location was great. Condo was a little dated. Toaster was broken and fridge was on its’ last leg but when we needed anything we called Epic Realty and they got right on it. They were very good. »

« The location is ideal. We enjoy the coastal trail (took it every day). Beaches are close and pool area clean and comfortable. The turtle bay is amazing and watching the whales was cool. »

« I liked that the property location was all on the same street as some places to eat, shopping, beach, and at the beach which was located right across the street had a little playground for my kids to play. The property had a beautiful view, very breezy, room and living room was very cool, very wholesome property. »

« We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. Had a hard time finding the laundry rooms and had to get help on how to pay, plus we were yelled at for accidentally moving our chairs across the...

« Just an outstanding experience all the way through. We’ve stayed in other locations on Maui and I have to say this is our favorite. We plan to return again in the future. »

« Fantastic location, very peaceful, units a bit dated but very well equipped and comfortable. Turtles every day on the beach. Would certainly stay again. »

« We had a great stay with two other couples. The unit is well kept as are the grounds. Some good places to eat without having to drive. My only criticism is that none of the lights are very bright except those in the kitchen. We could not play cards at the dinning table because of this. We had to arrange chairs around the kitchen counter. »

« Please see my e-mail sent to Epic Realty on 10/22/2023 discussing how uncomfortable I was, that staff complained because the door closed from a wind burst and my friends and neighbors assisted helping with my 6 digit codes that they changed continuously. Asking assistance from staff has never been this tremulous. They were upset I called to get a new code after all.my possession was in the room. »
