« The Fontaine is a wonderful property. The restaurant was excellent. However, there are areas of improvement, especially concerning Expedia VIP Members and our benefits. I had to remind staff about the upgraded room, free drink, and late check-out. They obliged when I mentioned it, but it's always nice when those benefits are top of mind when checking in. There was quiet a bit of wear/tear on the property and in our room including a shattered mirror. This property used to be so fresh. ...

« It is time for updating. Also the pool pools hours are a bit stingy. There are hand made signs throughout the hotel warning guest to be quiet. That seemed odd. I don't like how the Hilton honors app and expedia don't comminate »

« These are billed as cabins but only the setting is rustic. Up to date spacious rooms that are airy and light. Clearly designed for outdoor living, eating and relaxing spaces are outside but the bathroom and main room are large and comfortable. Secure as well. The cabins are a bit remote but the directions from the staff are clear, and although we never met in person they were very responsive. The only disturbance, was the train traffic about a mile away but only a problem for light sleepers. »
