« bel hotel près de la plage. très grande chambre vue mer. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié,bons services, staff à la réception serviable parlant anglais Dépôt de garantie demandé élevé ( 1000 rmb pour 2 nuits) Il a fallu négocier longtempspour faire baisser le dépöt à 500 rmb . Inconvénient: très loin de toute supérette. Restaurants dans l'hotel chers ,donc obligation de prendre le taxi pour sortir le soir.Les chauffeurs tentent alors tous de vous orienter vers des restaurants qu'ils connaissent...

« There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. »

« We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The suites are spacious, great for family vacation with kids. The kitchen comes handy for some light cooking. The swimming pool areas are very pleasant for relaxing. We did swim twice when the weather was good. The water was sparkling clean! It is a very short walk to the beach, and has easy access to many great restaurants and shops.the side walk along the lake is perfect for jogging and walking. »

« Déjà le séjour a mal commencé.Suite à une arrivée tardive il a fallu palabrer presque une heure pour avoir la chambre commandée sur hotels.com et sans l'intervention efficace de l'hotesse( merci hotels.com )nous n'aurions pas pu avoir une chambre vue mer mais une chambre sur le côté avec une vue partielle mer .En suite durant tout le séjour nous nous sommes heurtés à des divers refus car l'hôtel n'offrait aucun évènement particulier pour le réveillon du jour de l'an.Les premiers môts que vous...

« I like the space and cleanenss of the room. And staffs were friendly even though they can't speak English well. The conditions of the hotel especially the room was old and rusty but overall it was acceptable and ok. Swimming pool and breakfast buffet were good. »

« I’m really happy and glad I picked this property. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this property again when I come back to Sanya. The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. »

« 部屋は綺麗に掃除されていてよかったです。シャワーが壊れていて残念でした。水が出ないわけではなかったのですが、横からかなり漏れていました。朝食は普通でした。果物などもっと美味しいかとおもっていましたが、それほどではなかっだので残念です。立地が主要な観光地より少し離れていてあまりよくないので、ホテルからもう少しほかのところへ出かける手段を提供してほしいです。一日5本ほど近くのビーチに送ってくれる車はありましたが、少ないですし、帰りは自分で帰ってこないといけないのが不便でした。もう少しホテルスタッフに英語が話せる人が欲しい。 »

« 酒店位置在小區，距離市中心點有點距離，雖然樓下也有公車無軌電車到，但是還是有點不便。樓下的商店食肆都不多，而且偏貴。我訂的雖然是最便宜的房型，但是房內殘舊冷氣不足，很難想像是四星酒店。不會再來了。 »
