« Très bon hôtel, confortable et agréable, personnel sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner. 2 bémols cependant : la première chambre que l'on m'a donné était au 1er étage (alors que j'avais demandé un étage élevé) avec une toute petite fenêtre et vue sur chambres d'en face (sensation d'étouffement) On m'en a attribué une autre (mieux) dès le lendemain. 2ème bémol : j'ai oublié ma rallonge, ma prise et mon cordon de téléphone, j'attends toujours qu'on me les renvoie (malgré plusieurs mails...j'ai aussi...

« Octobre 2023. Nouvel hôtel du groupe Virgin. Un 5 étoiles tendance bobo chic qui oubli malheureusement la notion de service. Pas de voituriers, pas d aide pour les bagages, oubli d un lit d appoint qui obligera la famille à se séparer en 2 chambres… malgré tout une volonté de bien faire de la part du jeune personnel mais on ne peut pas s’improviser hôtel 5 étoiles comme cela. Si vous trouvez des prix inférieur à 170€/nuit ok sinon passez votre chemin et visez un 4 étoiles. »

« The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is comfortable and clean. Internet might not be fast enough for remote desktop connection, but it should be fine if you're just here for leisure. Staff has been very helpful throughout the process. And Stevie who greeted us for the check-in even helped carry our heavy luggage to 2/F - that was much appreciated! »

« Excellent location, right on top of all the shops and a Sainsbury’s 30m away for all your in house needs. Great balcony area which was great and the Netflix and other Roku stations made staying in on a rainy day go by without notice. Good travel links are also on the doorstep. Has two bathrooms which was also a great bonus. On the down side, the flat is very noisy, however not from the outside noise. The walls are very thin in the apartment and the floor squeaks like a trapped rabbit. Anyone...

« L’appartement est très bien. La cuisine aurait pu être plus propre mais c’était passable disons. Il aurait fallu mentionner qu’ils ont un méga problème avec les oiseaux hyper bruyants pendant la nuit. Nous avons eu beaucoup de difficulté à dormir et c’était très désagréable à chaque nuit! On a vraiment eu l’impression de s’être fait avoir. C’est malhonnête de ne pas le mentionner. »

« The apartment was generally very clean and had everything I could have needed, the downside to that being there wasn't much room in the kitchen for foodstuffs, etc. The parking space is also tiny but my car could just about fit. The area it's in is very central to the west end although not a single delivery driver could find it, even with additional instruction, could help if the above apartment had the street number on since no one noticed the sign for this apartment. There was also ants around...
