Villa La Palma is situated in the quiet countryside, near the town of Agrigento and yet not far from the beach. It\'s a perfect venue for those seeking privacy, comfort and relaxation. And for those history and archaeology buffs, it's also near the Valley of the Temples, a majestic UNESCO World Heritage site and an outstanding example of greater Greek art and architecture. This exclusive property sleeps up to 14 guests in two buildings and offers a large private pool with Jacuzzi, lush gardens, furnished terraces for al fresco dining (with external kitchen, barbecue, and wood oven), a Turkish spa for relaxation, and numerous sporting activities.

You will have the exclusive use of the property with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for up to 10 people.

On the ground floor of the Main house is a large living area with lounge and dining room, a modern well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas stove, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, mixer, kettle), and a guest bathroom. The first floor, accessed through an open-plan staircase and a lift, houses a master bedroom with a luxurious ensuite Jacuzzi and whirlpool shower, and two further bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

There is a loggia with external kitchen, dining area and bbq, porch, terraces, garden.

The NEW external kitchen is well equipped with the following facilities:

- 2 microwaves
- 2 Espresso machines
- Hob: burners: 7 induction + 3 gas

On the ground floor of The Annex are a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a wellness area with Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower. On the first floor is a kitchen/living room, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms with shared bathroom.

Also available to guests are various sports facilities, including a small soccer pitch and a games room with table tennis, table football and billiard table. Easily accessible from the villa are the Valley of the Temples, the popular beaches of San Leone, and the white cliffs of the Scala dei Turchi.

Included in the rental price: Electricity up to 400 kwh/week, final cleaning, daily bed & bath cleaning, twice weekly change of linen and towels, pool towels, internet wi-fi, Turkish bath, gym room, welcome basket with breakfast items
