« The check-in is contactless. It is pretty efficient but it feels strange to enter an empty large house. There is no elevator (which we were made aware of so no surprise here) and the stairs are very wide so it is very easy to move the luggage. Our room had a view on the river, but this was a bit of a stretch statement. You could see the river but if you were standing in the corner of the room! « The property is new and the rooms still have that new room smell - lovely! The area around the hotel is being developed. This hotel has limited office hours and appears to have mostly long-term guests. The family that runs the hotel are very kind. Some suggestions: add some kind of towel bar and hooks in the bathroom and the wash cloths could be a better quality - one they get wet, they almost disintegrate. »
