« Bear’s Den is a great getaway home tucked away in the woods with a screened in patio that is great for peace and quiet, bird watching, or sipping your morning coffee. Bill and Doris showed great hospitality with communicating after booking, prior to our trip and the day we arrived. « This is a lovely property and there were only minor issues with cleanliness such as dead bugs and spider webs throughout the rental which leads me to believe it is not thoroughly cleaned regularly. My major concern was that the listing stated that the owners who live in the house above stay at one of their other properties when the downstairs apartment is booked. Not only were the owners onsite and present throughout our stay, they were using the amenities such as the pool and they also invited...

« The pictures do not do this place justice! It is tucked in a quiet mountainside on a country gravel road. The sunsets were beautiful and the entire property was so peaceful. Our family of 4 visited for a long weekend of boating and exploring Raystown for the first time. We were overly impressed and will certainly stay again. Mike was so easy to communicate with and always responded within minutes. »
