« Great location! Everything was dog friendly! The property had a place to walk your dog and the beach allowed dogs! It was our first trip to the beach with a dog and it was perfect! »

« Ability to walk out on to the beach is the best! House had plenty of space for the entire family, and we loved sitting out on the deck. Short drive to downtown restaurants, shopping, etc. would love to stay again! »

« The proximity to the beach and ocean was fantastic, beds were comfy, the Kitchen is well equipped. he location also has a park in walking distance and Salt Life Restaurant is also within walking distance. The morning views either from the deck, the Living Room, The Kitchen and even the Primary Bed were OUTSTANDING! »

« Really appreciated the good follow through when the elevator went down on Saturday. The representative got a repair man to the building in a timely manner and communicated with us what was happening during the day. The bathroom had excellent positions of bars for safety in getting in and out. Would recommend relooking at the bed and mattress padding as needs to be updated. The entry lock would often not work after several tries as could be frustrating. Thank you for our stay. »

« We stayed here for a long weekend getaway from the winter weather. Property is well appointed and modern with really nice upgrade touches - digital see-thru fridge, giant double shower in main master, etc. comfortable living area With plenty of space for the six of us to hang out. Nice location with direct beach access and easy drive to restaurants and historic Fernandina Beach.Only caveats… Thins walls w no noise protection between queen bedrooms or between the family room and main master....

« Our third year in a row renting this condo and we couldn't be happier. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. Waking up to sunrise outside the our bedroom, and walking just 50 yards to a mostly empty beach are the highlights. The quiet pace of the community perhaps prior to the on-season is a benefit for us. Walking, biking and swimming laps in the outdoor community pool works whether the temperature is in the 50's or 70's It has been a wonderful antidote to shorter, colder days in the Northeast. we'll...
