« The barn is a beautiful place. Well kept and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The decor and amenities give a great atmosphere of openness and warmth-if you are looking for a large space for family or friends this is it! »

« The cottage is a little dated and can use some love, but has a well equipped kitchen, gas grill with propane, and a jacuzzi tub in the master for when its too cold to use the hot tub. The outdoor hot tub is 2 steps from the door on a covered deck. Plenty of towels provided. And the indoor fireplace was lovely to use while we watched it snow through the pines. »

« We are four widows who love to travel. The stay was absolutely wonderful! As we walked into the home, it was warm and inviting. The Christmas tree and mantle lights were on🎄We went to a play at the Ohio Star Theatre, It’s A Wonderful World, played cards, shopped and had some great Amish food. « My husband and I have stayed here many times over the past couple years and we no longer stay anywhere else when we go to Amish Country. It is situated in the middle of town right on Main Street in Berlin and right next to the most popular restaurant in Amish Country Boyd’s and Wurthmann. « As a family that lives in different parts of the US, it was nice to find a central location to meet and spend a weekend together at. The house was huge, with lots of living room space. The bedrooms were great in size too. The bathrooms were nice too. Something that we didn't expect to enjoy, there are no TVs. The ability to disconnect and enjoy our time together without the distraction of TV was super nice. This is a GREAT home to consider if you're looking for a retreat space. But if you're...

« Let me start off by saying the host is very kind and was quick to respond to any message. My family and I booked this place for my daughter’s 4th birthday party and it was absolutely perfect. The home is beautiful and very well kept, it had plenty of space and made for a very comfortable and fun experience. My kids and I loved it and so did the party guests. 10/10 highly recommend. We will be booking this place again for the next birthday »

« Property is well kept and the scenery is very beautiful the grandkids had a ball, no electronics ,just board games. conversations pictures just a wonderful time »

« We enjoyed two nights away with family and friends to unwind before heading back to work for the New Year. The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. There were some holes in walls that looked as if they were caused by doorknobs, but other than that it was perfect for a quick trip. We are already discussing booking it in the summer for fishing, kayaking, etc. »

« This was a beautiful Christmas vacation. The property was serene. Beautifully maintained and impeccable. We were greeted with an amazing freshly cleaned smell as soon as we walked in. Very spacious! The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies you need to prepare and serve meals. The owners even took care to ensure multiple Christmas trees were up for us. The bird feeders were kept full our entire stay even though it was December. My family was in love. Can’t wait to go back!!! »

« My husband and I, our two adult children and their spouses and our two grandchildren spent a wonderful weekend at this lovely house. The space was perfect for all of us to enjoy. Very tastefully furnished and decorated. The bedrooms were private and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the house and only ventured out a few times for a meal & a little shopping. The little extras really made this a very comfortable stay for all of us. The only thing I regret is not being able to spend time...

It is a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is perfect because of being in the country but so close to town. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! »
