Bienvenue dans l'endroit le plus heureux de la terre! Notre location de vacances la plus populaire juste en face de Disneyland, à quelques pas de Magic Way jusqu'au tram gratuit et du centre-ville de Disney.

Nous pouvons accueillir 9 personnes avec 3 chambres et 2. 5 salles de bains. Un espace de stationnement réservé. Deuxième espace de stationnement pour une taxe.

Rendre les enfants et les familles heureux et confortable est notre priorité. Pour votre commodité, nous nous sommes surpassés dans le département des commodités! Cuisine complète, Wi-Fi, feux d'artifice, A / C, Netflix, câble, piscine, bain à remous, aire de jeux, chaise haute, 2 poussettes, 2 lits d'enfant, porte-bébé, 3 téléviseurs LED, laveuse et sécheuse, poussette double à la demande.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION:
Personne est aussi proche que nous sommes. A 5-7 minutes de marche de la libre Disney stationnement tram élimine $ de frais de stationnement 18 / jour, ainsi que le trafic dans et hors du parc. Magie Way (l'entrée de Disney Resort) mène droit à notre porte.

COUCHAGE DE SOMMEIL - SLEEPS 9:
Les enfants apprécieront leur chambre avec lits superposés avec un lit superposé sur deux lits superposés et un matelas gigogne en dessous. TV avec streaming de Netflix est disponible 24/7, dort quatre enfants confortablement.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et télévision à écran plat, deux couchages.

La troisième chambre a un lit queen size, deux couchages.

Il ya deux lits pack-n-play à l'étage ainsi que d'un lit queen de luxe autogonflant Aerobed pour le salon, si vous avez un grand groupe.

Deux salles de bain complètes à l'étage est une bénédiction quand vous êtes prêt le matin ou besoin de vous détendre avec une baignoire ou bain de pied à la fin de la journée. Une troisième salle de bain est idéalement situé en bas.

Un espace de stationnement est gratuit, deuxième pour un frais de nuit.
Taxe d'hébergement de 15%.
Le solde est dû 60 jours avant l'enregistrement. Le dépôt de garantie de 300 $ est généralement remboursé dans une semaine.

Perfect For Family
My family of 6 (4 kids ages 6 - 12) loved this place. Lots of space, clean and functional. A very short easy walk to the Disney parking shuttle. Host was very responsive to messages. We did not use the pool, but only due to lack of time in our busy schedule. Would 100% stay again.

Excellent value with an easy walk to Disneyland.
As advertised! 5min walk to tram or Downtown Disney which we found to be the better option. Younger kids loved the bunk beds. Adult beds were very comfortable. Property is a little dated but well kept and well stocked with essentials. Great value overall.

Fantastic addition to our Disney adventure!
We brought our family of five plus my mother to stay at the Magic Mouse Rental! The townhouse is well stocked to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable trip. We enjoyed the kitchen/dining area as it provided a peaceful environment to enjoy breakfast together before leaving for a full day at the park! The walk to the park is rather quick! I suggest walking to downtown Disney and hopping the Monorail for a quicker walk; though it’s a must to enter through the main park entrance at least once for those priceless photo opps! We always schedule a day to relax when we visit Disney. On our “day off” from the park, we slept in (the beds are so comfy) then lounged and played at the pool all day, completing the day with a walk to Downtown Disney and dinner at the Disneyland Hotel’s Goofy’s Kitchen! The owner of this property was more than accommodating. She was thoughtful, helpful, and prompt in her response to messages. She even accommodated our early arrival, allowing us to store our luggage in her garage so we could walk about while we waited for the townhouse to be ready. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we hope to return very soon!

Disneyland Trip
We stayed at this property when we came to visit Disneyland. We stayed three nights. The location is amazing. We could easily walk to the Disney parks. Checking in and out was simple. The townhouse was comfortable for two adults and one child. We all had our own bedrooms. Overall the townhouse was decorated nicely and clean. I am a little over the top about cleanliness so there were a few things that bothered me but nothing significant. It was a very nice place to stay.

This place was great! Perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. Just a short was to the parks and accommodated everyone in our group. Cheryl was a great host and fantastic to work with! Anything we ran into she responded in a flash to help. Will definitely be booking with her again!

Cheryl was very accommodating, quick to respond. The condo was super well stocked with toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, dish soap, kitchen pots and pans, etc.( very well stocked!) The condo is spacious with 3 bedrooms and big outdoor area. The washer and dryer were a god send also. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had enough furniture for all 6 of us to dine and be in the livingroom all together. A highlight of this place is the pool and the proximity to Downtown Disney and the Monorail into Disneyland. Wow, so close!!!! I would recommend this to anyone and will return in the coming years Cheers, Michele

Great place, really close to Disneyland Tram
Property was clean, and exactly what we needed: a comfortable place to eat and sleep when we were not at Disneyland. The property owner was very responsive and helpful if I had questions. This property is a pretty short walk to the Disneyland Tram. That was super helpful because we didn’t need to pay for Disneyland parking. Comfortable beds, and all the dishes and utensils we needed to prepare food and snacks to bring to Disneyland. My wife and I stayed with our 5 kids, ages 13-17. Plenty of sleeping space for all of them. I would stay here again.

Stay near Disneyland
We picked this property due to close proximity to Disneyland. We had 7 people total. Due to the age of our kids it worked well as some of them like sharing beds, but if your kids are older not sure it has enough beds. Beds were good, we've stayed in many other places where I couldn't stay in the master due to how poor the beds were. Had what we needed for cooking and having a crock pot was great. Walk to Disney was about 25 minutes, but if you take the tram you can cut that amount by half. We didn't realize there was a tram you could do to autotopia until the last day. Overall one of the better places we have stayed and would do it again.

The building is dated on the outside (built in the 70's), but very well maintained on the inside. There was no surprises and the location was awesome for Disneyland access. Cheryl was very helpful with everything including arranging for someone to be there for us to have groceries delivered. We would definitely stay again.

overall good experience, wish it had higher quality toiletries and shower/bath
We had a relatively nice stay. On a busy morning it took 30 minutes to get to the gate entrance, otherwise approximately 15-20 minutes. Management was very responsive to texting. The apartment is old with recent updates but the finishes are low quality. The master shower drain is quite rusty. No body wash in the showers and hard to find bar soap. The kitchen is well stocked and nice appliances. The neighborhood is a bit dodgy especially at night. It wasn’t my favorite location for a Disney experience because you enter from the parking lot side. Overall it was true to its description and easy to contact manager. For the price you get ample space for a large family.

Responsive Property Manager and Good Location
The property manager was very responsive prior to arrival, even authorizing an early check in because of our flights. She was also responsive to emails about logistics while we were at the residence. The location was good and within the advertised walking distance to Downtown Disney or the Tram at the Parkade. The residence was clean with basic amenities and enough space for our party of 4 adults and 4 children. Overall, the residence was a good base of operations for our busy Disneyland trip. It gave us a comfortable place to rest, recharge and make meals.

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We went to Disneyland and the beach! The home was warm and welcoming the pool was a great perk! Loved everything about the place
The location was the best… right next to Disney, close to the outlets, many eating choices, and everywhere we wanted to go. The house was beautiful and clean. The parking stall was right in front of the door which made it so easy for luggage and groceries. I must mention Cheryl was very kind and understanding when my kids caused some damage, and was open to work with us on a resolution…. We greatly appreciated it! Hope we can stay again next year!

Great Location
The best part about this condo is its proximity to Disneyland. We were able to cross the street in front of the complex and after a short walk to the parking lot tram, we were at the courtyard between the two gates. We didn’t really spend too much time inside the condo but it was comfortable, especially the beds, they were very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen at all other than the refrigerator but everything was in working order. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that some of the fixtures, like the lights in the master bath, were pretty dusty. It looked like the cleaners just missed them, everything else looked clean. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland.

Great location!
The property is literally across the street from the parks! Anything we needed Cheryl made sure was had and was always very friendly and fast responding. My kids loved the Mickey decals on the walls and all the beds were comfortable. We hope to stay at this property again in the future!
