« Bed was comfortable. Lights were very dim; need higher wattage bulbs. Bathroom heater worked only about 2 minutes before shutting off. Towels were awful: clean but scratchy and rough. Pleasant employees in housekeeping and breakfast, but clerks in office seemed too busy or irritable. »

« We had a great time celebrating our baby boy turning 12! The king suite with the extra bedroom was so nice and it made our boy and his friend feel so grown up having their "own room" Thank you for making this trip amazing. The staff were so friendly, the place was immaculate clean, the pool was great- it was the perfect temperature and was not overpowered by chemicals, breakfast was great, and even though we did not travel with pets, I loved that this was an option!
