Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Equipped with two Master Bedrooms; each has an EnSuite Bathroom and a private balcony. Each balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway. 1 parking space is available but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

Beautiful Asheville
The condo and location was great. Perfect location to walk to all restaurants, bars and stores. The only down side is the noise of people leaving the bars between 12-3 in the morning. Louder then you think from the description. Some nights it sounded as if there was a party under our balcony. The condo itself was beautiful. Asheville is a magical town.

Perfect can do in perfect lication
We were lucky enough to spend New Years in Asheville NC at this great condo. First of all it is huge and absolutely spotless. It has everything u you need for a great getaway weekend. It is a short drive to the a Biltmore and a short walk to some great restaurants galleries and shopping. It was too cold to enjoy the two balconies but they provided a glorious view of the mountains and sunset. It would be my first choice if I get back to Asheville.

Best stay ever
My friend and our kids recently spent a weekend in Asheville for her birthday and stayed at this beautiful condo. The location is excellent for walking everywhere, and not noisy at all especially for how downtown it’s located. The unit is immaculate. Seriously. It’s probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed and everything is beautifully decorated and all seems brand new. The beds are super comfortable as well. Will definitely stay at this place again. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful unit.

This was our second stay in this unit. We were celebrating two 50-something birthdays, and we all love breweries. This was the perfect location to walk to soooo many great breweries! Easy, clean, convenient. We’ll likely be back for stay #3:)

A bit of City in the Country
Modern condo in a perfect downtown Asheville location. Walking distance to all the best restaurants and shops. Great layout for couples with two primary bedrooms with en suite. Garage parking is convenient and tight!!

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with2 balconies was an amazing location to walk to downtown restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay there again. Easy secured garage parking.

Almost perfect
Almost perfect. This is a very good property and close to everything. We enjoyed being able to walk to our favorite restaurants in town as well as having a dedicated parking space under the building. We would’ve given it a perfect rating except for occasional loud street noise (that is part of any downtown). Earplugs were an easy solution play.

The PERFECT location
We (my husband, my adult niece, and I) just spent the best weekend in Asheville. We chose this location for its walkability to south slope and the breweries. It could not have been more perfect. The unit was clean, convenient to everything, and our vehicle never had to leave the secure garage. We will absolutely stay again!! Only note—when we received our check-in information, there is only one parking spot for the unit. That’s fine, but the recommended additional parking spaces are a 20 minutes walk (and it seems all of Asheville is somehow uphill;) ) away. So, if there are any mobility issues or if simply don’t enjoy strolling through town, lugging your bags behind you, do some research and hope for closer options. For our needs/wants, this place is 10 out of 10!!

This is a very lovely apartment, and the location is perfect with great mountain views. It’s a very short walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars. However, the location does have its drawbacks. As we all know with a downtown location, the road and party noise goes until 3 am. This did not bother us too much. Our major problem was the sleeping arrangement. While the apartment description states room for 6, with 2 king beds and a sofa bed, it should be a requirement that the owner sleep on the foldout mattress. The mattress consists of metal springs with a thin coating of cloth. We had to sleep 3 people in a King bed and one person on the sofa without using the foldout. I would stay again but with four people only.

The location was wonderful and was the best part. Easy to walk to everything downtown and steps from the South Slope. The downside of great location was the noise of the busy street so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The apartment was very clean and nice but not sure I'd call it luxury.

Wonderful visiting space for two couples
My husband and I, along with another couple we traveled to Asheville with, had a wonderful time here. Everything was nice, clean, and just as described. The two master suite setup was perfect for getting ready in the mornings. I can see how this would be good for a family traveling too. We relaxed on the balconies and in the living area. Beautiful large showers and bathroom areas. The kitchen and fridge were very nice too. Remotes gave easy control of the ceiling fan/light combos in both bedrooms. Parking was easy and secure, as was using all of the codes for entry. Great distance from downtown where we could walk 10-15 min or drive 5 min based on our preference.
