The Luxury Ashevllive Affair is a one of a kind home in the Ashville area for any and all bachelorette/bachelor party goers!

The home is close to everything Asheville has to offer. This house is directly across from the French Broad River, Carrier Park, bike paths, the green way and a boat ramp. There are also outdoor activities just next door at Climbmax.

Step into a rooftop hot tub at the end of an active day and slowly unwind under the stars. Find plenty of cozy beds in colorful rooms for the whole family. Descend a staircase to an upscale kitchen and enjoy wide woodland views of the mountains, the Biltmore Estate and French Broad River. The patio is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of morning joe or watch the sunset while sipping your favorite cocktail.

The house is perched above the French Broad River, across from the Biltmore Estate. It's near a park with bike paths leading into Downtown Asheville and New Belgium Brewery. Launch a tube from the new boat ramp directly across from the house.

The property is a 3 story, 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom home sleeps 19 guests. You will be absolutely wowed by the design of this property for your celebration. Everything has been carefully curated to provide a once in a lifetime getaway for you and your friends to enjoy.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, King over King bunk beds
Bedroom 3: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 4: 3 twin beds, 1 Pullout couch


We want you to have an unforgettable stay but also want to respect the neighbors and other homes in the area. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am each day. Enjoy your stay but also please be observe the quiet hours.

1 26 westbound: Exit 1C Amboy Rd and go 1.2 miles. Upstream Way will be on your left. House # 26 is posted on the left hand side of the 1st floor entrance.

1 26 eastbound: Exit 2 W. Asheville. Left over the bridge and first right on Hanover St. Go 0.4 miles to the light and take a left on State St. At next traffic light take a left an go 0.3 miles. 26 Upstream Way will be on your left.
