This Luxurious bungalow 3-bed/2-bath home is centrally located on the historic west side of Atlanta. This home boasts plenty of room for your family to relax at your home away from home. The bungalow is located near numerous attractions, including Mercedes Benz Stadium, Atlantic Station, Ga Aquarium, World of Coke, & Six Flags over Georgia, all within a 5-mile radius. In addition, it’s only 9 miles from Hartsfield Jackson Int’l Airport. The home is fully furnished with smart TVs, WiFi, & more while comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. Great spot!

Nice place with plenty of room.
This property was very comfortable and worked great for our family get together as we played tourist in Atlanta for the weekend. It was clean and close to the Georgia Aquarium and downtown. It had plenty of room for 6 adults and was quiet in the evenings.

CFP National Championship
We were in town to watch ND vs OSU and loved this home. The home was as listed, well stocked and sparkling clean. The location was good - we drove to the Holmes station and took the MARTA to the stadium for the game which was such a great option. We were home quickly after the game and avoided traffic!! The only thing I would mention is that the neighborhood is turning over, it’s a mix of beautifully maintained homes (like this one), some new construction and some needing or undergoing some work. Neighborhood is not close to grocery stores or restaurants so a car is helpful.

The home was nice and modern. Really enjoyed my stay. Communiaction with owner was good. He responded in a timely manner. My ONLY concern was the wifi speed. It buffered a LOT. Other than that, I have no notes.

Birthday Getaway
We booked this home for a mini getaway for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The home was beautiful and just as described! Very clean! Very spacious! My family loved it! The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded to any questions I had promptly. Lovely stay! We would definitely book this location again when staying in Atlanta. Close to the aquarium and restaurants.

Thanksgiving Celebration
My family was there to celebrate Thanksgiving. While only 8 of us stayed coming from North Carolina and Alabama, we had several members join us who live in the Atlanta area, The house was exactly as pictured on VRBO, the community was accessible to our family who lived close by. We did experience a problem with the dishwasher/sink for a day but the host responded immediately. We certainly will consider return next year.

The property owner said to us early in the week, hey a tree is down in the backyard from the hurricane and it will be removed Friday. Reality… it was a big tree that literally was almost in the house! It was grossly understated about what was going on! I did not appreciate it and we could not use the yard and we awoke that Saturday to chainsaws and the property owner directing the men! Had insurance adjusters coming to the door asking me about the property and I had to text him that they were there! So, no. My stay was not great!

You will not regret this place!
House is absolutely amazingly! Communication was great and accommodating. This place has everything you need. If you forget something, they just might have it available for you to use. We stayed almost a week and could not have ask for a better place or better ppl. Would definitely recommend and would most definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay.
This house is very roomy and nice. Very up to date tech too. Definitely recommend to a larger party of people. It has the nicest bathroom I have ever saw. The faucet for the bathtub is backwards on the heating and cooling water part but it took like 5 seconds to figure that out. It also had other people clothes in the dressers drawers but that really didn’t bother us at all. It happens and the important part was that the sheets were clean. The host had very simple instructions and did not try to be overbearing at all. HUGE tv in the living room too. The pictures don’t respect how big that thang is. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy but honestly the neighbors are really cool. The neighborhood is a little sketchy at first but all the neighbors are cool. Watch out for the steep driveway if you are going to have more than 2 cars though. I don’t really know how to write reviews but I would go here with all my friends again.

Unassuming Home
This is a very unassuming little home. When you first turn in to the neighborhood, you wonder what you’re going to come across. Even pulling up to the home, you wouldn’t think that it was as spacious and attractive as it really was. The pictures on the listing are very accurate. This home was everything we needed it to be. Up to date. Clean. Spacious. Comfortable. It wasn’t far from the places we traveled to. Even though the neighborhood is a bit rough, we still felt safe. We weren’t worried about anyone bothering us. We’d definitely book again.

Not so great stay.
Checking in was very easy, however the neighborhood was sketchy. When we first got there and was looking at everything we noticed the laundry area was a mess, 3 empty detergent bottles, the rack was down, some rolled up hair inside the remote holder, went outside to the seating area, everything needed to be cleaned and pressure washed, my mom had to clean the chairs so we could have somewhere to sit as well as the table, my husband killed a roach that was coming out behide the surround sound, the decorative table thing they had on the couch was dirty, no batteries in fan remotes, or in tv remote in master room. As we was pulling off the sheeting in the master bed on the pillow top/mattress cover there was a pretty big spot of blood. As we was leaving to go try to find something to eat we thought we heard gunshots but wasn’t sure, to find out down the road in town there was a shooting. Only good thing I can say about this home is it’s bigger than expected, remodeled nicely.

Nice House for a Long Weekend
We were in town for a long weekend and concert at the Mercedes Benz Center. A short Uber ride away, and the house (and deck and yard) were great. The neighborhood is quiet, but a little rough. No food or restaurants within walking distance, but overall a nice place. Would be happy to stay here again.

Graduation weekend
The house is clean. Everything you need is there, cabinets are somewhat cluttered with what appears to be leftovers from prior guests stays- (nail extensions, markers, chargers..). There was a toothbrush and toothpaste left on top cabinet in master’s bath. The area outside however is unkempt- tall grass. That said the host answers quickly. The place met our needs.

Comfortable modern stay close to the city center
This house had an open floor plan that allowed us to stretch out on the big, comfy couch, hang out in the kitchen, and gather around the large table. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It had a nice fenced backyard and a concrete driveway big enough for a compact SUV and a full-size truck. And while the neighborhood was quiet, it was also what we would call "transitional." I wouldn't walk the streets, but felt safe in the house. It seems like run down properties are getting fixed up, so the area is likely improving, but it's not ideal. That said, it was a pretty quick drive to the city and attractions that we wanted to go to.
