Je veux simplement informer tous les locataires actuels et futurs que la propriété à côté de ma maison vient d'être achetée et qu'il y a actuellement des travaux de construction.
Cette construction devrait se terminer en février 2020.

217 WEST BOARDWALK, ATLANTIC BEACH, N.C. * LA LOCATION EST DU DIMANCHE AU DIMANCHE * (À quelques exceptions près en basse saison) Notre chalet en bord de mer récemment rénové, "Mermaids", vous offre une expérience côtière unique dans une location de vacances. Cette maison en bord de mer est située directement sur la côte avec une vue imprenable sur la plage, les dunes et l'océan Atlantique depuis le porche et le pont supérieur. À quelques minutes des boutiques et des restaurants, "Mermaids" est à un pâté de maisons du Atlantic Beach Circle - où petits et grands peuvent trouver des activités à faire fournies par le gouvernement de la ville. En raison de la géographie est-ouest de l'île, la capacité unique d'observer le lever et le coucher du soleil à partir de la commodité des deux ponts est disponible.

"Mermaids" est une maison de trois étages avec suffisamment d'espace pour s'étaler. La vue sur l'océan au niveau inférieur et supérieur est spectaculaire. Il y a un bain à remous et un tout nouveau grill au niveau inférieur. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la salle de jeux avec télévision et table de baby-foot. De plus, le stockage de votre boogie, skim et planches de surf ainsi que la salle de lavage et de séchage sont à ce niveau. Le niveau principal de la maison a la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon ainsi que trois chambres - une avec un lit King tandis que les deux autres ont un lit queen chacune. Le niveau supérieur a deux chambres - la première chambre a un roi avec canapé-lit queen et un tout nouveau bar avec station de café. La chambre des enfants a trois lits jumeaux et une reine. Le salon, la chambre au deuxième étage avec lit king-size ainsi que les chambres à l'étage supérieur offrent une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan. Il y a 5 téléviseurs avec câble dans trois des chambres et salon et salle de jeux de niveau inférieur.

Great Area with Pool
The pool was great with hot tub and love sitting outside hearing the waves or on the top balcony seeing the ocean. The proximity to food, drink, and ocean is fantastic. The home was clean. Do NOT forget to bring or order linens. Ordering is easy with no issues. Kitchen has what you would need for cooking and plenty of refrigerator space. Upper bedrooms need updated. Closet door hinge broke, current rod to deck broke. Middle bathtub needs updated spicket. Otherwise, clean and comfortable and extremely convenient. Outside space around pool excellent.

FABULOUS SHORT STAY!!
I have had this property bookmarked for years, and came across it recently and noticed a couple of open nights for mid-May. I asked my sister if she was up for it, and we took the plunge. Although it was a very short stay and the weather was not cooperative, the place WAS and we so enjoyed our time of relaxation and refreshing at Stefan's place. This was my first stay, but hopefully will not be my last. The beds were comfy, every need was supplied, but the best part was the ocean, ocean, ocean and we certainly had access to that! The pool, hot tub and decks were icing on the cake. Never have I had a more responsive owner than Stefan. Thank you so much!

Lots of amenities - Not lots of parking
We were a group of 5 adults. Nice property with lots of bedrooms and amenities. Right on beach and folks enjoyed the hot tub. A little too early and chilly for pool. Only drawback was we come down in 3 trucks, and parking is really only convenient for 2 vehicles. This neighborhood also has no on-street parking. So 2 vehicles is all this property can accommodate comfortably, which is unusual given the number of bedrooms and people it can accommodate.

Fantastic location and wonderful property
The location of this property is ideal. It is a beachfront property, close to local eateries and restaurants and comfortably houses a large family. Beautiful views from the balcony and the pool and hot tub are a plus. Stefan was accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Great host!

Stefan was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the patio area and spacious family room with the sectional. Beach access was very simple and nice views from the upstairs balcony. I would advise future guests that when it says bring your own linens that means bedding and towels for bathroom. We arrived with no towels to shower with and no toilet tissue extras so bring those with you. Aside from that nicely updated home with lots of beds.

My family and I really enjoyed our time here at this bnb. There was about 12 of us and we all slept comfortably ate breakfast while taking in the amazing views! And walked seconds to the the water when we didnt spend time at the beach the house provided alot to do together as a family being that we came together from 3 different states and this was only a weekend getaway. we totally plan on booking again this house keeps the family occupied but also provides all the leisures of downtime without ever leaving the comfort of this bnb. Thank yo so much I would love to stay again on our next vacation to the beach.

4 Generations under one roof.
Booked this place because it had a pool and was beachfront and had ample space for my family. It had that to offer and much more. My 80+ y/o grandparents flew half way around the world to visit us and I wanted to take them to the beach. This house was perfect, it was close to the beach that they could walk on soft sand, the layout of the house was great that they could get around. There were so many beds and bedrooms that everyone was comfortable. Had a slight issue with the internet but the host took care of it promptly and got someone out to fix it. The pool and deck were very nice. No complaints.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Watching dolphins from the balcony, hanging out in the hot tub, playing in the pool, just a short walk to relax on the beach… it was the perfect getaway for our family. Stefan was great to work with too!

This was a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The kids had fun in the pool and hot tub, and playing the arcade games. The view from the second floor balcony was great and we had plenty of room for everyone in the house.

We enjoyed our time at the Mermaid . The host was extremely helpful and provided additional information to assists with our stay/ parking . The property was well maintained , spacious and the well stocked with amenities. The views from the balcony are amazing and first row never disappoints. The home decor and renovations were beautiful. Check in and out was also a breeze . The host was easy to contact before and during our stay . Thank you for letting us spend some much needed family time in your home .

Wonderful Stay at Mermaids
Mermaids is a beautiful house and property. Our family of 9 were very comfortable there. We even had the pleasure of seeing the spectacular SpaceX launch in the sky right in front of us over the ocean! Our grandsons loved the basement room with the giant tv screen and arcade games. We will return as soon as we can. The owner was extremely pleasant and easy to contact. Our only regret was having to leave two days early because of hurricane Ian & the path it was taking over our driving routes home.

Perfect house for several families
We had a great week at the Mermaid House! Plenty of space for four families to stay and had local family members spend the day with us. Location is walking distance to restaurants and right on the beach. The pool was great for the kids and the basement was a bonus with the extra room, bathroom and the arcade games were fun! Would definitely stay here again! Stefan the owner was super friendly and easy to get in touch with.

House was absolutely beautiful and the owner was very attentive to our needs.
The house and property was absolutely beautiful, the pics don't do it justice! The only sidebar thing was the cleaners that he hired didn't do a very thorough job. But the owner was amazing at keeping the pool up while we were there (hiring someone), helping us fix the hot tub, and sending an exterminator when sand/water bugs came from next door. He was a fantastic owner and would 100% recommend! The beach pics don't do the real view justice! We spent every morning and afternoon up there looking at the beach!

Great getaway.
We had a wonderful time!We had 3 generations stay in the house. We brought our own sheets, towels and shampoo so didn't need to worry about that. Everything else was there for us. The place was spotless, and the two porches allowed us to enjoy both sunrise and sunset while eating our meals. Being right on the beach was such a pleasure for all, grandparents, parents, and kids.There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. We will be back!!
