Downtown Austin (1.8 mile), Barton Springs within Zilker Park (just 4 miles), Covert Park at Mount Bonnell (3 miles), or The Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail (a 10-mile trail is Austin’s most recognized and popular recreational area) to name a few... and we are just steps away from the UT campus, live music, bars, restaurants & shops! Be where all the action is! Not to mention it's just a short drive to Lake Travis for some awesome boating fun with friends and family for the day! Perfect place for your vacation!

This professionally designed home leaves no space untouched with its character and thoughtfulness. In the large living room entertainment and relaxation are catered with a couch to relax on (that also conveniently pulls out into a queen sofa bed if an extra bed is needed). The 65" 4K TV is just one of the dominant features, which provides access to some streaming devices, some basic cable, Xbox One, and PS5. In the cabinet you will find a couple family friendly board games to play as well.

The large open concept kitchen space with a large luxurious island (seats 3) has everything you'll need to prepare a family dinner or have a morning cup of coffee. 5 ways to make coffee! Breville espresso maker, Keurig, drip coffee, French press or pour over (starting supplies provided). Enjoy the large dining table (seats 8) to host your family or friends for a full dinner experience. You'll love this beautiful space!

When you head upstairs you'll be greeted with a hallway of bedrooms, a laundry space (starting supplies provided), and a full guest bathroom. On one wing of the upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom which has a comfortable Tempur-pedic king bed (sleeps 2), and large 4K Smart TV, walk-in closet (with pack n play, and an attached master bathroom (supplies provided) - you may never want to leave this room!
On the other wing of the upstairs houses the other 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) with a desk/ dedicated workspace for business travelers (second pack n play crib in this closet as well). The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) and an air mattress (sleeps 2) if needed.

You will also be provided a 2 car garage. If you need more parking, there is normally plenty of free street parking right in front of the unit too.

Guests will have full access to the 3 bdrm townhome, side yard with grass patch (convenient for your fur babies! Yes, we are pet friendly), and a 2-car garage. Steps away is the beautiful green neighborhood park with lush greenery and trees perfect for a morning walk, exercising or playing with your pets or children. Steps in the other direction is Guadalupe St. where you are just minutes from all the action (shops/ restaurants/ bars/ clubs). You will love this location!

Right next door enjoy happy hour with Live Music at Tweedys or just around the corner the iconic " Ballroom @Spiderhouse", etc.
The green park across the street is the perfect spot to take the kids or your fur babies! Yes, we are pet friendly! Or just steps away is Guadalupe st with all the action (bars, restaurants, shopping).
We are walking distance to UT! Austin has so much to offer... Let us host you today!

Fabulous place to stay in Austin
Me and my kids - 2 adult and one teen - stayed here for the weekend for a family wedding. The space was perfect in all respects. So comfortable, plenty of space, great amenities, convenient location, garage parking for both cars…I could go on and on. The coffee bar was well stocked and snacks on the island - both a very nice touch. Highly recommend and will stay here every time we’re in Austin!

Of all our VBRO stays in various places in the county, this is one of the best properties we’ve been able to enjoy. The space was so well appointed and the owners made sure if easy to settle in and make the most of the property and local restaurants and entertainment. Can’t recommend this property enough!!!

Place is very nice and walkable
The only issue we had is the garage is set on a one minute timer.. it will close. This great for safety it’s not great when your trunk is open and it hits your car. The host is very responsive but wants me to pay for garage cost, nothing was stated about a need to get in and out of garage in one minute or garage would close. Place is very nice, well kept and lovely. We had a great time minus this. I would just park on the street and avoid the garage parking.

UT Orientation
UT Orientation lasts for 3 days, and we decided to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel. It was the best decision we made. The hosts were very proactive with the information needed for the stay. The house was very clean and everything was thought of, including chargers, snacks and toiletries. The house is about a 15-minute walk to the Speedway, North Campus. While we were at orientation, we left our 15-year-old son and two dogs at the house and were never worried about their safety. Central Market is about a 5-10 minute drive from the house, Salsa Limon was by far one of the best restaurants we have eaten at in Austin and Torchy's Taco (my son's favorite) was around the corner. We loved being able to pull our car into the garage. When we come back for move in, we plan on booking at this same residence.

Amazing well valued Townhome with all the comforts of home. The kids enjoyed the PlayStation/xbox, everyone enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and the amenities. The whole place is well decorated, clean and stocked with the basic needs. The use of the garage was a major bonus as I would not have felt comfortable parking my new Cadillac on the street. The close location to UT and downtown was perfect for our visit.

UT Grad Weekend Family Stay
We were beyond happy with our stay. It was our first time using VRBO and this property exceeded our expectations. There was adequate space and all the supplies you would need to comfortably host a family for 3 nights. Close to campus and easy access to restaurants and other shops. I will definitely be booking this home again for future family trips to Austin.

Thought of everything!
Close to UT campus. No need to pack your chargers, they’re everywhere in this house, on each side of all the beds and at the kitchen island. Fully equipped kitchen with extras you normally don’t get such as an espresso maker, coffee pods, glass storage containers, KitchenAid mixer, etc. Beds are very comfortable, bathrooms nice and stocked with “extras”! 2 large tv’s with all the streaming channels! Love the 2 car garage with access directly into the house for safety. There’s an abandon building across the street that attracted a vagrant, so that’s the only thing I wish wasn’t there. It’s a prime location so hopefully someone will buy that property up soon and fix it up. But because I’m older and not prone to walking around at night, it didn’t really bother me. I’d definitely come back again and stay here for sure!! Close to a cute and delicious tacos restaurant and open for breakfast! . NOTE: all bedrooms are upstairs. We had my 87 yr old mother with me so we made sure someone accompanied her when she was going up and down as the stairs seem a bit steep for an older person. Just something to consider if you’re staying there with an elderly person.

Great stay!
Beautiful home and very thoughtfully prepared for guests. The home has charging cords everywhere which is such a nice touch. Also has great kid accommodations- toys, chairs, cups, cribs! This was so appreciated. Also great smart TVs which were easy to use. Janine was easy to work with and we were able to walk to many places! If you are sensitive to noise it might be a little loud as it’s near a fire station that seems to serve campus. Also, my email was added to some travel site (stellar state) which I had not authorized but was assured it was removed quickly.

Perfect location for our stay and the townhome was exactly as advertised. Decorated perfectly with so many added touches for comfort that were so thoughtful. Very clean as well. Amazing place
This house was awesome. Very well appointed with new decor. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy, everything was spit spot clean, and we very much appreciated the pull out couch, air mattress and high chair. The location was also super convenient to UT and to down town, walking didtnce to good eateries, a grocery store and some fun thrift stores! Communication with the owner was very quick. Highly recommend!

One of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had! Great communication, super clean and many thoughtful touches that made our experience even better. We LOVED the generous coffee bar and the kids had a ball playing Xbox! The surrounding area is full of fun shops and restaurants. Surrounding neighborhood could be a little concerning if arriving late at night for some who are not used to the area but we never felt unsafe. Easy access to main attractions. Garage entry was great. We will definitely stay again if in the area.
