Centrally located and walkable makes SANDCASTLE@Avila a perfect vacation rental. The condo has 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths. The condo is located just steps from the beach, pier, surfing, kayaking, surf & pier fishing, tasting rooms, boutique shopping, Avila Beach Golf Resort and the Bob Jones Trail. This condo is sure to be a hit with families or couples getaway.

The condo is located in The Courtyard Avila. The Courtyard at Avila is award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to the sandy beach, restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, cycling, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator. The condo located in the middle of courtyard, west side.

SANDCASTLE@AvilaCourt is a two story condo. The beach house is comfortably decorated with neutral sandy beach décor with a splash of beach vibrancy. The condo features hardwood flooring and high-end finishes. An open floor plan unites the kitchen, dining and living areas.

The kitchen is exquisite with gourmet grade appliances and granite counter tops. The living room is equipped with a SmartTV for friends and family to gather around. Sliding doors can be opened from the dining room to a balcony to hear the sounds of nearby ocean waves.

Three bedroom upstairs, fitted with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows, awaits you after a day at the beach or wine tasting from nearby wineries. Master suite has a king bed, bdrm2 has a queen bed, bdrm3 has two twin beds. This condo sleeps 6.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements, however, the main living area is handicap accessible.

Very Nice Unit and Great Location but Too Noisy
The unit was very nice and very clean, and the location was convenient right in the heart of the town. But the alley in the back was loud every morning and evening.

This condo is in a great location and super cute. There isn’t a view but it’s decorated nicely and it’s super close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Easy parking. We had a great stay.

Wonderful beach home
This place was so charming and in the perfect location to enjoy Avila Beach. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable. Great for our family of 4 + Grandma. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great get away in Avila.

Great getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is amazing and close to the beach and downtown Avila. Additional amenities included hair dryers, TP, and a really fully stocked kitchen with great appliances as well as a pack and play in the master bedroom. The unit is spacious. The master bedroom is large. The other two bedrooms are great more for kids. The other two bedrooms do face the back alley of Mr. Rick’s and The Custom House. This is loud at closing when they are cleaning, but after that it is quiet. Seven Sisters was very accommodating and had loaner beach towels and some beach toys like shovels and buckets. We had a fun family reunion and will look to stay there again.

Wonderful Place
This property was just what we needed for a kickoff-to-summer beach getaway. We love the location (just a block from the beach), the beautiful courtyard entrance, and the clean, spacious, and well-decorated rooms. The property managers were also very understanding when we needed an extra hour to check-out due to my dad getting into a bike accident. The only thing we'd recommend is turning on the filtered water to the fridge and having the ice trays filled and ready so you can have an ice cold glass of water.
