This lovely townhome is ideally situated in the splendor of the Rocky Mountains with close proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail. Eagle Vail Golf Club #11 tee box is in the back and the Eagle River is just a short walk away. Easy shuttle access to nearby Beaver Creek (3.5 miles) and Vail Resort (9.5 miles) is available with ECO Transit and just a 0.2 mile walk to the bus stop.

In-residence is a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, slow cooker, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender & dishwasher), dining table for 6-8, living room with a large stone wood burning fireplace, family room with a large screen smart tv and board games, washer/dryer and patio off the living area for meals outdoors on those blue sky days. Two parking spaces are available with this rental.

The upper loft features the primary suite with king bed and private access to the upper balcony, where you can step out in the morning for a breath of mountain air! Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
