Pour une escapade sereine à la montagne, vous ne pouvez pas battre la cabane Lazy Bear, située sur plus d'un acre, située à 24 km de la ville de Basalt, au-dessus de la rivière Frying Pan et du réservoir Ruedi! Cette cabane personnalisée de trois étages nouvellement construite et confortablement aménagée vous volera le cœur avec ses touches artistiques particulières, son loft unique dans la chambre des maîtres, ses fenêtres surdimensionnées et ses ponts. En tant qu'invité Keylink, nous avons le plaisir de vous offrir un rabais de 10% au parc d'aventures Glenwood Caverns et aux sources chaudes d'Iron Mountain à l'achat de billets en ligne!

Bien que cette maison ne dispose pas de la climatisation, elle a des ventilateurs de plafond et de sol pour votre usage. En hiver, les véhicules à quatre ou quatre roues motrices sont indispensables, en raison des routes de montagne non pavées et escarpées. Des chaînes peuvent également être nécessaires si les conditions hivernales sont extrêmes. En raison de l'emplacement de la cabine, il n'y a pas de wifi ou un téléphone cellulaire couverture.

Le salon nouvellement meublé avec des fenêtres panoramiques donnant sur une oliveraie Aspen, est un espace accueillant pour se retrouver entre amis et la famille. Détendez-vous et détendez-vous près du poêle à bois crépitant, ou sortez sur les ponts, et immergez-vous dans la beauté paisible de la forêt nationale de White River, loin de l'agitation de la vie quotidienne.

L'escalier du journal unique, conduisant à la tribune de la chambre principale est ornée de sculptures poste de la faune belle newel. Au pied d'un lit king size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire se trouve une baignoire sur pied. Le niveau inférieur spacieuse, avec rayonnante en chaleur par le sol, dispose de deux chambres confortables et un canapé-lit dans la salle familiale. La cuisine entièrement équipée contient tout le nécessaire pour préparer un bon repas,

 À 25 minutes en voiture, vous vous trouverez dans la ville historique et pittoresque de Basalt, avec ses boutiques uniques, ses bars et ses excellents restaurants. Si vous préférez manger à l'intérieur, vous pouvez faire vos courses chez Whole Foods ou dans les épiceries locales, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Basalt.

Pour votre commodité, un stock limité de fournitures d'invité de base est fourni pour commencer votre séjour.

This cabin was truly amazing! For the price, I was disappointed in the lack of cleaning.
The property was great!! The dishes, cups and furniture was far from clean. For the price, we were all disappointed we had to clean.

Mountain Home Vacation
This is a beautiful property and location. Home was awesome. We had a wonderful stay and everything we needed. The only problem and the only reason for not giving the rating all fives is that we did not have hot water the whole time we were there. However, they did compensate us for that. We knew that there was no cell phone service and no land line so we were fine with that except when we had no hot water there was no way to contact management company to let them know until we drove into town so we could text them. And then they thought they had it fixed but it wasn’t and again, we would have had to drive someplace that had cell phone service. We would stay here again for sure because it is a beautiful home and they did at least try to get it fixed and did compensate us some for the inconvenience.

Cost Effective Ski Lodging
We stayed here to ski a few days in Aspen. The cabin is just under an hour away, and it was perfect. Spacious and comfortable, and much more affordable than the lodging closer to the resorts. We would have loved to stay longer.

A little slice of heaven
Had a great experience overall. Loved getting off the grid. The property manager was quick to answer questions, and the stove had a log warming up when we arrived, which was so nice 🙌 definitely plan on coming back 💯

We enjoyed our stay and was sad to leave. The only draw back was the basement bathtub/shower drain was not working properly. Good thing there was only 3 of us that no issues sharing the 1st floor bathroom.

House is beautiful, but...
The house is gorgeous, but driving through the narrow streets with rocks falling. Streets that being slippery with a lot of snow and there are no guard rails on the very steep streets, you could just slip right off of the cliff. This will give you a heart attack. Go in the summer.

Amazing house with some stipulations lol
Wasn’t any issue for us and a memory of a lifetime but long story short, the cabin is amazing and in a great location if you don’t mind 40 min back roads out of town and zero cell service! Which we didn’t mind at all. They aren’t kidding when they say come before dark, and with 4x4 and chains in the winter. We had 4x4 but didn’t arrive till after 10 pm and couldn’t make it up final road to drive way so we had to park at bottom and walk until road/ice cleared off the next day. Bad situation during it but turned out great and laughed the next day.

Off grid paradise
Nostalgic log cabin in a beautiful, scenic mountain top paradise. Off grid, dirt roads and wildlife are also a part of the experience to be had at this location. We rented the cabin for 2 families to stay together and ski in Aspen. The travel to and from the resort was an enjoyable 1 hour. The roads were a bit icy and could be a big issue depending on the snow conditions. Lucky us, we left the day the storm hit or we would have had problems. Be forewarned, this is very remote and the roads are steep. However, we loved the location and can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Be aware that the king bedroom is a loft with no privacy. It is open and visible from the living room and the deck. The tub is near the end of the bed and is also easily seen from below. It would be a very simple remedy to install a cable with a curtain which could be drawn - or not - depending upon the needs of the renters. The upstairs toilet is behind a partial wall with no door, so folks downstairs can hear what’s going on. On a positive note, the cabin is in a lovely, isolated location, with a pleasant deck on which we enjoyed a glass of wine while we watched deer and hummingbirds, and looked out at the mountains.

Very remote, rustic home with wonderful views and amenities
Our group had a wonderful stay except for one major issue - be aware that the one major drawback is that there is no WiFi or cellular service- you have to nearly drive to basalt which is 30 minutes to get reception. If you ever had an emergency at home, our yourself - you would not know until you were in cellular range to receive or communicate. Also, there is no phone in the house with a landline which I would recommend to management for emergency purposes only. We had major problems with the hot water heater and did not have hot water for half the week. We had to drive to basalt to let property management know and they promised us it would get fixed Friday but did not until Monday. We had to boil water on the stove and take sponge baths. It was 8 men so we can tolerate it but I pity this happening to women! On the other hand, if this did not happen and you can do without contact with the outside world unless you want to take an hour round trip to connect the place is wonderful. Management did make amends for the mishap - I am just letting everyone know so you can manage your expectations

Great Vacation!
Loved the location and not having cell / internet service! Provided a much needed break from work and social media. The drive from cabin to town is a gorgeous winding road following the river. Would recommend to anyone looking for quiet time away from crazy every day life.
