Additional perks include a spacious primary suite, a fireplace in the open living area, and a gas grill on the back deck. Walk five minutes to hit the slopes at Snow Summit. Soak up the summer sun on Big Bear Lake. After fun-filled days outdoors, return to soak in your own hot tub.

Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa and theater-style armchairs in the open living area. In the evening, light the wood-burning stone fireplace and settle in to stream a movie on the 76” smart TV. Prepare favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, pine cabinets, and a full suite of helpful appliances. Gather for fresh meals around the eight-person dining table. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the island bar with seating for three.

This home sleeps six adults and two children. Sleep soundly in the primary suite, complete with a California king bed, smart TV, desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed, while the third is outfitted with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Sip morning coffee at the lounge area on the front porch. Relax with a soothing soak in your private hot tub. The kids will love their personal playset in the backyard and air hockey in the garage. Have a cookout on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the four-person table. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Stroll 5 minutes to the base of Snow Summit. Or sample the slopes at nearby Bear Mountain. A market and a selection of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. In summer months, head to Big Bear Lake for a paddlewheel boat tour, fishing charters, wakeboarding, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Tee off at Bear Mountain Golf Course.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
