« Loved the mansion! We were able to have a little post graduation soirée with our family and a few of my sons friends as their last goodbye after graduation. We played games on the porch in the balmy spring air and fantasized what generations had done the same for decades prior. It was perfect! »

« We enjoyed the areas attractions and atmosphere. Biking, hiking and fishing are all nearby. The Elmaro winery is 10-15 minutes away and was a pleasant experience with great views of the vineyard. The lock and dam can be seen from the house and it provided occasional entertainment as the tugs pushed barges through the chamber. »

« Place was as described. There is a pull out couch in the living room that gave good privacy from the other bedroom that has the queen size bed in it. Nicely placed night lights helped navigate to the bathroom. Had a delightful stay »

« We use this beautiful property as our homebase for exploring the beautiful area surrounding Lafarge. The beds were very comfortable and the living room furniture was also comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and most importantly the house was very clean. This is a nice quiet location with a beautiful deck to enjoy morning coffee on. »

« I received a call the first night from my crew, they said the water was not draining in the tub and filling up. I was getting ready to let you know, but they got back to me and said they were able to unclog the drain. Otherwise, the loculation was great for us. We have more work this summer and I may be contacting you again. »

« Our parents grew up in Winona, but raised their four kids in California. The four of us kids spent a week in the area reconnecting with relatives and visiting the beautiful river towns in the area. We loved our stay at the BRD Nest. Beautiful views, Sullivan’s, birding, fishing, breweries, and great country roads. We’d stay here again! »

« The house is located just a few blocks from UWL which was great! It's located in a wonderful neighborhood and was perfect. Clean house including very nice bathrooms. They even had an air mattress we used and was comfortable. Kyle was great to work with and very responsive to any questions. Will stay here again if we need to come back to La Crosse. »

« The place was very pretty and quiet. Clean cabin. Not much room for trailer parking if bringing an ATV/UTV and with having to unlock gate we were partiality in the road with our trailer while unlocking gate. Hot tub was nice. Close to Hatfield which as fuel, food and great access to the trails. »

« We had a family graduation out in Wisconsin and I needed a place to fit our kids and grandkids! Was so happy to find this cute place on the lake with plenty of room for everyone to sleep! Everyone enjoyed the space, using the hot tub and the beautiful view! I liked that no one else could get into the property as it was gated. We so wish we could have stayed longer! Our host were amazing and Brian was reachable by text if we had any questions! Would love to come stay longer in the future! »

« The property was uniquely decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable!l. The property was stocked with all the essentials. Our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We loved being able to sit on the patio and enjoy the lovely view of the river. We were very comfortable there. We highly recommend this property! It was a great weekend I wouldn’t change a thing about the property! »
