« We stayed here over spring break and it was very nice. Super close to downtown Gatlinburg but away from too many people. It isn’t quite as secluded as the pictures make it seem, but still worked very well for our family. »

« Lovely outdoor decks, hot tub and pool. House was pretty clean and had plenty of towels. Good floor plan for families. Lacking in storage and kitchen pots and pans needed replaced badly. There was not a lot of serving dishes or prep dishes. As a family of 9 who ate at the house every dinner it was necessary to run dishes every night. Bedding and mattresses were subpar at best. Mattresses were very soft and squishy and the sheets were very thin. The master bed frame was creaky and loud...

« We loved this place! Kitchen was stocked with dishes/cookware. Could use a deep cleaning. Indoor pool was too cold to use but hot tub was great! Great location- close to things. Driveway is a little steep. We will hopefully be back in the future. »

The property manager was outstanding always quick to respond to our questions and all their directions were extremely clear.We had a large group of friend with children and pets and everyone had plenty of space to be alone or join together for meals and games.The neighbors were far away enough for privacy and extremely friendly when we did bump into them. »

The home was pristine clean, well decorated and has anything you need in an amazing location close to APP State, food, shopping etc. I hope to be back soon. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!! »
