« Went for a sisters trip (with kids) to celebrate birthdays. Enjoyed our stay. Loved the amount of space and the excellent condition of the house. Would love to visit again and bring my husband next time. »

« The property on College St. was perfect! The house was cuter in person than it was in pics! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had an adorable layout. We also really enjoyed the grill and the fenced-in yard. We would definitely stay here again…HAPPILY! »

« Nice clean house. House is clean and well maintained. Backyard is great with plenty of seating and nice fire pit. Every room is equipped with a tv and living room has a lot of space. Only complaint is the fans in all rooms are remote however the remote works all of them so you turn one on, they all come on. »

« Glynn Cottage accommodated us well. It is an ideal location and roomy enough for multi generational group — lots of privacy. »

« We loved our stay at this beautiful house right on the beach. We especially loved having our own private pool and not having to worry about driving to the beach and dragging all of our chairs and umbrellas. The house was clean and just as it was in the pictures! We would definitely stay here again! »

« This lovely and well-appointed home was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (and more)! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There wasn't a thing missing! It is a great location to easily get to downtown St Simons/the beach and to head the other direction for grocery/shopping/Sea Island. While it was a little chilly to utilize the outside, the pool/chairs/fireplace/sitting area/side yard are amazing and would be fantastic...

« The house was PERFECT! The layout of the house afforded 2 families to stay here with lots of places to enjoy the beautiful ocean front views while also watching SEC football on Saturday. The outdoor living spaces were our favorite. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. I would recommend this house 10/10 times!! »

« Family had a great stay at this property as we were in town for a golf tournament at Sea Island Resort. Great location for access to the Pier and downtown area. Very clean and communication with the property manager was excellent. Seamless check in/check out process. Will definitely stay again when we return to St. Simon's. »

« we had a lovely time at the house over Christmas. the house was well lit, kitchen fully stocked with all the equipment we needed, and the layout of the home was very spread out. our dog loved the wide open backyard. the house was close to the pier area and had easy access to everything on the island. we would give the house 5 stars and would definitely stay here again. »

« The house was as pictured and just perfect for our family Christmas gathering. It is a duplex with a shared wall, so we were mindful of our noise level. We liked the themed decor and furnishings. The kitchen was equipped with all the items we could possibly need. The fenced backyard and doggy water bowls were added bonuses for our pets staying with us. Great outdoor seating too! The location was a short walk to the beach and minutes away from anything on the island. Communication with the hosts...

« Our family had not had a vacation together in several years. We experienced a tragedy the previous Fall so this spot was a wonderful way for heal. The pool was great, we played ping pong, corn hole and swam or sunned at the pool. Short distance from beach. »

« We headed down to the Magnolia Cottage the day after the hurricaine. We chose to go to the island during this time as our neice was getting married that weekend. We may have felt differently if we had a difficult host, but Kelly was amazing! She was in constant contact with us despite the power outages and spotty cell service.
