« We loved the location and the large grassy area was a 5 star for our dog. The house is a perfect layout for a vacation rental. Since there were only 2 of us, we didn’t use the upstairs. The bed was very comfy and the living area was a good layout with comfy furniture. We feel that there were things that a good maintenance review and cleaning company could help overall. « Great home for multiple families to gather together. Beds are very comfortable, everyone had their own room which was awesome. Downstairs bathroom doesn’t lock which was kind of a bite when you have many different families together. Owner was extremely accommodating as we were specifically there only for a funeral for one night. »

« The house was very spacious and exceeded our expectations. Great location to restaurants and ferry. No major issues that needed addressing with host during our stay. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a grill for use during stay and a bit nicer / more comfortable deck furniture for enjoying the nice sized deck and views. Otherwise great property and would definitely consider staying again. »

« Watching the ice flow passing on the lake was beautiful. Enjoyed the sun and the snow. It was the winter wonderland I have been wanting to see for many years very quite very peaceful and the house was exactly what it is described to be. What a wonderful place to stay will probably return. We had to leave early because there was an incoming storm. . « We really enjoyed our stay here! The lake is "Across the street" but its essentially very, very close which my family loved. It isn't a sandy beach, its all rocky but still fun to skip rocks on and swim a little bit. We all had water shoes which made it easy to walk on the rocks. The sunsets were AMAZING on the lake. « Our family had a perfect week. Everything in the house is excellent quality construction, very impressive to accomplish on a island with limited resources. The property is very large, impressive, peaceful, beautiful, among other flattering adjectives. The views from the house are honestly one of a kind.
